“I have been going to this location consistently at least 5 times and I’m always in and out with my order to perfection. Felt the need to write this review because I literally placed my order in the drive thru right as the young lady ( who was so sweet btw) was going to take my order and by the time I got to the window my order was finished and fulfilled perfectly. This location is officially now my fav Dunkin thank you guys!“

“Normally I do not submit feedback, but my experience this morning was so refreshingly impressive that I needed to share.

As early as it was, the store at Oriole Plaza in Delray Beach, FL was cheerful, pleasant, and caring from the moment I walked in. The aura was relaxed as the “usuals” were enjoying conversation with their coffee and nicely greeted me, the cashier was very polite as she took my order with a warm smile, another employee came from behind the counter to greet another customer with special needs with a hug; that customer then turned to me to introduce himself; and the staff said bye with a thank you and a smile as I walked out.

I walked out saying to myself, “without a sip, this is the best coffee I’ve ever had.“

Thanks, Dunkin, for making my morning; and please recognize this store and its staff for the lovely atmosphere they provided to start one’s morning.“

“Went in drive thru...efficient, quick and great customer service. Beware....usually long lines. Staff does their very best to keep it moving, we can do our part and know what we want to order before getting to the window. Go on website for menu. ?“

“This is by far the best-managed Dunkin’ Donuts we’ve ever been to. I will go out of my way to visit this specific location because I know without a doubt that we will be more than satisfied. The staff is always kind, friendly, and consistently gets our order correct. The store is spotless, and you can truly tell they put care into preparing the food—it’s made with love every time. “One of my go to Dunkin Donuts. Note that this location does not have a Drive Thru so you will have to go in person to grab your coffee/ bagel, wrap etc. The staff work hard and are always pleasant. They get my order correct 99% of the time. And they are fast so no worries if you need to come in to get your order.

This location was remodeled a few years ago so it has a nice modern design.“

“When I’m on this side of town I always stop at this Dunkin Donuts. Today the team that was working on the late afternoon shift 6:00 pm were great. She made a great cappuccino you can taste the coffee not just the milk and the other young men is very polite and has good manners. When he gave me my donuts said thank you madam.“

“Today at 4:30 came to get coffee & Donuts for my pregnant ol'lady. The drive through was backed up, so I parked to go inside. Just to find the hardest working woman DD has to offer. She was taking orders from in-store & drive-thru. For some reason she was the only one working. Huge respect to this women. She definitely deserves a raise.To DD you should not leave your workers to run a store on their own, especially when it's a busy location.“
