“Amazing BBQ. I’ve been to places that have bbq here in Miami but never this fresh. I got the soaked brisket with corn bread, Mac & cheese, sweet backed beans, and apple cobbler. The food was amazing and the sauces that you could choose from as well were great. Would definitely come back. 9/10“

“Everything was great the only thing was that the young serving kept a long time giving us our bill. I noticed she was getting her tables first and making us wait to make sure she got her tips but didn’t care about ours even though l still tipped her well to show her we still were going to tip. The waitress had poor judgment of us that’s the only thing l thought was very unprofessional. I’ve never been and found this quaint little area with food trucks and the burger and milkshake here was divine. There’s a nice outside patio bar five or six food trucks that serve different food. The gathering and good conversation soon took a turn to the ribs and brisket, and then the BBQ took a life of its own ,and all conversation. arguments, agreements, disagreements were soon forgotten to be replaced by this great, flavorful BBQ dinner. Cant say enough about Harvey's menu an touch and Natalie's attention to detail. Look forward to a 4th of July BBQ Harvey's style.“

The service could be better if there was some inside service but ordering and pickup are done from the outside at a window. “I strongly recommend Brothers BBQ Pit. We came to Miami Garden for JITG from Atlanta GA. The food was so good we came back twice. The ribs and chicken are both seasoned to perfection. “I’m 70 and I hold to the notion that any restaurant older than me has got to be good, and Shorty’s has been in business since 1951. You do the math.

I had the Brisket/BBQ Chicken dinner and Mrs. K. had the Pulled Pork dinner, both absolutely delicious, reasonably priced, washed down with icy mugs of beer, and served by our waitress Cookie with skill, charm, and true Southern Hospitality.

Great food, great service and great prices is what makes Shorty’s a great place for BBQ. Get some!“

Absolutely everything we tasted, from the sangria, to the appetizers to the meal itself and dessert was absolutely amazing! The service was also top notch! Rosy was very attentive, friendly and gave great recommendations. Tony greeted us at the door and was also very friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful! This is a must to try if you are in Miramar!“
