Chocolate, Sweet Cream and Dulce de Leche ice cream, Double Brownie, Double Yellow Cake, Caramel and Whipped Cream 🤤. Simple and to the point. Sometimes, less is more. The texture is heavenly, flavor is explosive. But this location is very Generous and with top-notch customer service. “The ice creams are delicious, however, they need to have at least two employees. This is my first time trying this ice cream place and we came on a Sunday and there was only one person working making ice creams and being cashier. The employee worked hard but I suggest having another person and extra hand to help move the lines. One person is not enough when you have to refill the machines. I would definitely come back but I hope the service improves.

“Aiden is awesome! Every time I come in, he’s super friendly and always makes me feel welcome. He takes the time to get my order just right and even makes great suggestions when I’m not sure what I want. You can tell he really cares about the customers and enjoys what he’s doing.

The store always looks clean when he’s working, and even when it’s busy he keeps a positive attitude and helps things move quickly. Cold Stone is always a fun place to go, but Aiden makes the experience even better.

“The bakery items are great. But, I’m a customer of your bakery in Little Havana on Sw 8th street. You are sitting on a gold mine but you REALLY REALLY need more cashiers and more help behind the counter. I was just there to pickup last minute party platters. There was a line. Lots of tourists and locals But service was super slow. People were walking out. People were waiting to pay. There was even a customer he came to pickup a huge sheet cake and the bakery had no box. The guy had to take it to Ft. Lauderdale without a box? Are you guys serious? How do you guys not have a box for such a huge cake order? The cashier was busy helping fill orders thus the line of people waiting to pay. You must improve this. I thought you should know.“

To know that our vision was truly brought to pass from a tasting and a few sketches was amazing. We are from Georgia and had the wedding in Miami... the distance had us a little frightened because we had never used ET Cakes before but we trusted them at our first meeting.
