Dunkin' Donuts in Doral

“This morning experience was such a great experience I truly appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to ensure my order is corrected . The young lady in the drive through really took her time to check and see if my coffee order was good , and allowed me to correct my choice of donut over a muffin without attitude. I'm not use to someone being so kind after I found a mistake. I truly appreciate her kindness and compassion.“

“Of the Duncan locations I go to this one's my favorite the people are very friendly. In the hour I go the service is quick because there's nobody there at 6:00 in the morning. My ongoing complaint with the whole chain is their donuts taste like they were frozen and defrosted. And when I was younger they used to make their donuts fresh and they were a lot better.“

“This was the fiest dunkin I've been to in Florida. Despite being short staffed, the team here was really nice and so pleasant and you can tell they were working hard. I wanted to leave them a tip but there was a sign that said that the staff can't receive any. I thought that was unfair and pretty ridiculous. Note to management: treat your staff better!“
