“Our server, Mili, was outstanding!! Extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. I had the smoke brisket melt with mac and cheese and my bride had pulled pork mac and cheese. Then to top it all off we shared the turtle brownie sundae. Every morsel, of everything, was over the top! Absolutely delicious!!!! I also told the manager how delighted we were of the entire experience!! Can't return soon enough!! Thanks, Mili!!! UDABEST!!“

“We had an amazing 👏 dinner 🍽 tonight. Our server's name is *Danielle. She was very helpful to us. They have daily specials as well. We had the 2 for $25. We started out with Crunchy Onion Rings. She had the 6% Steak with broccoli 🥦. I had the Asian Salad 🥗 with extra Crunchy chips. It was an amazing meal. I could not finish my meal. She was able to finish her meal. If you are looking for a great meal. This is the place to go. Thank 😊 You very much..“

“I had the pleasure of dining in the Valrico restaurant and tho my review is not all pleasant the results of my issue was pleasant...My mom and I came in for dinner after her Chemo Treatment...Our waitress Bianca was very nice...we ordered our food a Pancake breakfast and Pot Pie...as we waited some time we noticed that tables whom were seated after us were getting their food...well after the 3rd table was served I finally called our waitress over to ask how long would it be she politely responded I'm checking on it now...so I asked could I please speak with a manager...The reason being is that I felt I didn't need to address the waitress because she was going to continue serving us and I didn't want the tension between us...The manager came out can't remember her name I explained to her that we had been waiting quite a while for our food and in the meantime no one said anything to us of why it's taking so long...she apologized and offered us freebies to our satisfaction...We refused the freebies because we wanted what we ordered we didn't come to get anything free...To my surprise she was very professional listened to our problem with a pleasant attitude...Even tho we refused she brought dessert to the table..just wanted to say Thank you to not only her but also Bianca I will definitely be back again...The our dinner was amazing...“

“The owner was nice and server too ! However please note that the steak tips are actually roast beef & my husband was disappointed. The hamburger steak that I ate was extremely dry and the country fried steak that my MIL ordered was flat, thin and tasted precooked / frozen quality. We love supporting small businesses and appreciate unique diners. Hopefully this one can pick up on true southern American cuisine.“

“What an amazing little gem in Brandon!! We randomly stopped in for a late lunch and were greeted immediately with the delicious smell of authentic Cuban food and then by such a sweet woman behind the counter. We ordered a Cuban sandwich and the Palomilla plate that came with a choice of rice, beans and plantains. We also had to try the yucca. Let me just say WOW!!! Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the service we got and a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). No matter - this was not our first time at Cali’s and definitely not the last. We look forward to our next visit and selections. Thank you … Zoey (and staff) for another great “Cali experience!”“

“25 mins to get our waters and drinks after sitting down...and then our waiter didn't put in my husbands dinner, so when the food came, it was an appetizer and 1 meal. Awful service. The Mgr made up for it by comping our first round of drinks and my husband's dinner (that was never put in), but wow. I feel like I was getting punked tonight.“

“I’ve been going to the Brunchery since I was a kid and now I take my own kids there if that tells you how good this place is. The potatoes are amazing but so is almost everything else on the menu. The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. It’s my kids’ favorite place to eat so I take them every chance I get!“

“I have to say, the Plant City Applebee's has to be my favorite location of any other Applebee's restaurant i have visited in the past! Everyone from host, waiters and even the person running the many drinks we had. Not only did a manager come to welcome us to the restaurant and seeing if we needed anything else. THE ACTUAL GM DELIVERED OUR FOOD WITH OUR WAITOR. SHE MADE SURE OUR ORDER WAS CORRECT, AND EVEN TOLD US ABOUT A FUNDRAISER FOR A LEMONADE STAND. WORTHY CAUSE SO WE WERE HAPPY TO DONATE. “Everything was absolutely amazing. This is such a gem in this beautiful town! The hamburgers are incredible, the appetizer, side salads, Mac n cheese. Even the experience was wonderful. I dare say we talked about how great it was, not just the food but the staff too the entire ride back to Lebanon. I don’t think I’ll ever pass up a stop here when dropping bread in Westmoreland!“
