“Driving home from Tampa, stopped here for a bite. Decided to go inside to order... They were busy as it just turned over into lunch time but the crew seemed to be on their game. I could tell one of the women was a manager and she was in fast pace mode working hand in hand with her crew to get every order filled... Then we had a very sweet cashier. Can't remember her name but she was a young African American lady with vibrant beautiful fiery red hair and she took our order and never stopped smiling even though it was chaotic in there (lunch rush)... We frequently stop there when traveling nearby.. we will be back! Thanks team!

“My dog who passed away in March loved their strawberry shortcake. We did end of life photos in strawberry shortcake theme and even bought on from there. He passed a week later. When we told the people what we were doing they gave us an extra side of whip cream just for his end of life photos. I have these amazing photos to cherish forever“

“We were staying at the Holiday Inn nearby and wanted something close and quick. We ordered mozzarella sticks, baklava cheesecake, gyro, shrimp n fries, and fish and fries. Everything was DELICIOUS! “I love Arbys because their app allows you to order and grab your food instead of checking in and still waiting. No one wants to order ahead to wait in a line. The app is also a great value with weekly coupons. I love the Buffalo sliders and the Gyro. I do wish they had better tasting sides. It’s always clean at this location and waits are minimal even if you order at the restaurant.“

“I went in on a holiday (July 4th) mid rush around 6pmish and the store was busy but clean, organized and everyone was smiling. The manger Nathaniel was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I heard him tell his driver getting ready to leave to deliver something to “Drive Safe Man” and that sticks with me. He cares on the Clock and out of the shop. I’m always going here because of him and how he treated his crew. WONDERFUL everything from the manager to the staff to the fresh food! See yall again!“

“PDQ always has great/consistent food quality. Their service is great and always quick. They keep and run a very clean restaurant. PDQ is by far my favorite fast food chicken restaurant. I love the sandwiches, specifically the Buffy blue sandwich. Their Buffalo blue cheese sauce is incredible. Absolutely love the limited time maple pecan milkshake.“

“DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. If you go in and order they're great! I've been eating here for a couple years, and since March, every time I order online (either third party or directly through the website) my food is messed up. The receipt reads correctly, the order itself is just wrong. I've never had an issue when I go in and order. I ONLY have this issue when I order online. They also make the portions smaller with online orders vs in person. I WILL NOT order online again. ONLY in person.“

“The restaurant had 2 customers, , a dad with a young teenager and a pre-teen daughter....and myself. I had the Mexican pizza vegetarian 😋 with beans replacing the meat. It was actually pretty good , because it was fresh and I ate it in the dining room. The service was quick efficient and friendly. The issue is had is the state of disarray and the unclean tables in the dining area ! Every single table was empty ,yet they were ALL DIRTY! Including the seats and the floor! Quite a shame really . So I had to clean my own table .“

“Last year for my small business Christmas party I want to Firehouse Subs for catering. The price was amazing. But when we set up that evening we noticed that the order was flipped, mostly veggie sandwiches and very little meat, it was ordered the other way. My husband ran to Public and got meat and Firehouse Subs refunded my money and offered to remake the order, which I declined. This year, I tried them again. It was PERFECT!! Everyone ate everything and the price, again, amazing. Thank you Firehouse Subs, we look forward to next year!!“

“To the lady on the line who overheard my husband place my order and worked absolute MAGIC, thank you. I wish I knew your name. Per my request, my husband asked for a crazy amount of mushrooms to be added to my steak and cheese sandwich. He told the gentleman taking the order that his wife was very pregnant (I am, at 37 weeks) and needed ALL of the mushrooms. Most of the time, it’s just a few scattered mushrooms anytime I’ve asked anywhere else, which is honestly what I expected. This wonderful lady who made my sandwich DELIVERED. She ever so thoufhtfully listened and generously obliged and I cannot thank her enough. Here’s why - this is my 4th and last baby and the hardest pregnancy I’ve had by far. I was diagnosed early on with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which is INSANE nausea (and the bodily functions that accompany it) throughout the duration of my pregnancy - not just the first trimester like most women. It’s been the longest, hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’ve been hospitalized, dehydrated, and barely making it through. With that, I’ve had NO pregnancy cravings. I was robbed of that joy this time around. I’ve only had aversions this whole time and then just foods I could tolerate, usually meal replacement shakes. For whatever reason today, I wanted this sandwich with those mushrooms and I was so hopeful it was done right. It was done PERFECTLY. And then she gave me extra pickle spears! And the pickles here are my favorite pickles of all the sub shops! Ma’am - I wish I knew your name. I hope you get to read this and know it’s you that made the end of this journey a bit more bearable for me. I’m actually looking forward to eating tonight instead of dreading it, so thank you. “Potbelly Sandwich Shop has always been one of my go-to spots for a great sandwich, and the Tampa location did not disappoint. While the parking was a bit tight, the convenience of a drive-thru made up for it. Inside, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I ordered the Bigs Ham and Swiss, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. We chose to dine in, and the vibe was super relaxed and chill. The lemonade was also surprisingly refreshing and delicious.

“My go-to is a Giant #8-Club, Mike's way with a kick of added jalapeños and pepper relish on parmesan rosemary bread. All things considered(time, cost, taste, size, ingredients), it's the best sandwich, made fresh, made quick, by the best sandwich makers in the business. I use the app to order and it's always ready by the time I arrive, plus I get points to use on future orders! Now I'm hungry just thinking about it...“

I have to say, this Taco Bell lives up to corp standards.
Food is always fresh and consistent with appropriate amount of toppings and condiments. What more could you ask for??

The workers are very quick and also friendly to boot!

This time i tried a Catalina chicken taco. It had cheese melted on the outside and it was delicious!
