“From out of town and I stopped in at 4:30am on a Saturday morning after dropping people off at the airport. It was overall very clean and well lit and felt safe -- the bathroom was freaking spotless!! Gas was a good price too. Glad it was open.“

“Duncan donuts does not claim to be the healthiest eating spot. So get off that bandwagon. I’ve stopped here many times on the way to work to treat my coworkers to the breakfast sandwiches and they love them! And the service is ALWAYS exceptional!!! Always greet people always friendly!!! “This location is a great location with an amazing manager and staff.
My only feedback is to not put donuts together that have frosting on them in the same bag, if you cannot use a flat box. When you see a mixture of donuts, they are usually for different people.
My one family member doesn’t want chocolate frosting on her maple doughnut or her cake doughnut. Yet all 3 were thrown into a bag together with the brownie batter on top and upside down.
The staff should just take time to think through what they’re putting in the bag.

“Just stopped by to get a coffee and donut while driving down to Naples, FL. Tried a a berry drink instead and it was really not to my liking. Servers gladly substituted for an iced coffee and we made each other smile. Kudos for kind and great customer service!!“

“The girls here are working very hard as I sit here and watch while eating my bagel. I could not leave a tip because I did not have cash on me. The owner of this Franchise needs to have card machines that allow you to leave a tip. These girls deserve tips and are working hard to make ends meet!! Thanks“

“Okay, I have been meaning to post a review for MONTHS about the workers here ! I absolutely LOVE this location ! The morning crew, I never got there names but I know 4 workers there, that every single time I pull up they know exactly what I am getting and always treat me so amazing !! They are a huge fresh of breath air in the mornings for a coffee run ! They are nice as can be and never make me feel like I’m being to picky! They really are amazing people and workers and I wouldn’t go there as much as I do if it weren’t for them ! (:“

“this DD is the best customer service - I went to the one on Wells rd yesterday and did not have a good experience - I went into this store#1 and told a nice young lady named Lexi what happened, she listened and said she would relay the info to the mgr - she then asked for my order and filled both requests and did not charge me - she said she wanted to make up for the bad experience I had yesterday - thank you, Lexi for excellent customer service - this store never disappoints. Kyle is another great employee here🙂“

“It’s taken me years to figure out how I like my coffee. Cappuccino with extra foam. The only place that seems to get it right is the Dunkin in San Marco on Hendricks. Nate makes the best. They have lots of foam, but there’s coffee to drink, too. An essential part of my day is having Nate make me a Cappuccino first thing every morning. Thanks, Nate! You’re the best!“

“Brick is an oasis in an otherwise dearth of downtown lunch options. The specials are always on point and varied. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. Doing over 100 lunches daily in this tiny little place without making customers have to wait more than maybe 5 minutes for your food is quite impressive! My only complaint is that I wish they were open on Saturdays so that I don't have to blindly wander the downtown streets in desperate search for a decent lunch.“
