“I recently visited this cozy coffee shop, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots to relax and recharge. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design strikes a perfect balance between modern and comfortable, with soft lighting, wooden accents, and plenty of seating options whether you want to work, read, or chat with friends. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were incredibly patient while I decided what to order.

I ended up trying their signature latte, and it exceeded my expectations. The coffee was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not too bitter and not overly sweet. You can really tell they use high-quality beans and take pride in their brewing process. I also ordered a freshly baked croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and paired wonderfully with my drink.

Another thing I appreciated was the calm background music and the overall cleanliness of the space. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without feeling rushed. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a peaceful place to unwind, this café is definitely worth visiting. I’ll certainly be coming back soon to try more of their menu.“

“We stumbled on this place last night because we needed to go somewhere to wait for my daughter to get out of a concert. Not wanting a bar or restaurant, we found this coffee shop that was open to 1am. When we pulled up, I immediately felt like I was in Europe. Men sitting outside at tables drinking coffee and talking. When I walked inside and saw the menu, it brought me back to Bosnia and Herzegovina where the drink prices were under $3 for drinks! We asked the owner where he from and learned that he was from Sarajevo, Bosnia. He had been to Medjugorje so we talked about that for a few minutes. I got 2 large hot chai lattes and a big muffin for under $10. The atmosphere was great with lots of college aged students as well as old people my age 😂. There was music outside and art inside. This was the best vibe I got from a coffee shop in a long time. I can’t wait to go back!“

Now I technically get a dessert (Turtle Freezer with cookie mix base), so can’t comment on standard coffee, but what I get is such a tasty treat. My favorite part of Ellianos is the customer service though. Every single encounter has been a helpful and friendly member of their team. I trust their consistency so much that I went to Ellianos when out of town while visiting with a loved one in the hospital for several days. My first visit the employee was the one that helped me pick the drink and suggested the cookie base, and she happened to be the one this morning that made my birthday treat. And she remembered me from all those months ago. Just an overall good experience with Ellianos. EDIT: They also have pup cups! We made sure to include a visit for one for my little rescue pupper’s gotcha/birthday celebration day with his favorite people, places, and things. They thought he was so cute in his birthday tie and took a pic for their wall.“

It's not overtly Christian at first glance, but as you look around, you notice small subtle bible verses tucked into the decor. There is even a small cubbie-style room where a few men were meeting for a quiet Bible study, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. Tyler waited on us. Outstanding service. He also explains to us that due to the oven they have, it gets way too hot, overcooks the delicate egg, croissant, cheese, until the sandwich is a mess. Can't blame employees for this and we very much appreciated your excellent service Tyler with a smile and explaining the oven situation. Thank you Tyler

My breakfast sandwich on a croissant was smashed flat and wet, pretty darn wet, egg and ham greasy and not in the croissant, inedible. Wasn't even close to the photo on the wall behind the counter. Why is this sandwich served with a wet, flat croissant? Doesn't even resemble a croissant.

The egg and Canadian bacon apparently maybe had cheese on it at one time but it was very liquid cheese under the English Muffin.

When I went to pay with the Foxtail app the employees didn't know how it worked and told me my gift card balance was zero. I knew it had a substantial amount but was asked to prove it!!

Make sure you don't throw away your gift cards when you put them on the app as the value isn't safe apparently if the app has an update.

I had to prove there was gift card value on my app & I did.

I finally found the substantial value in another section of the app and proved to them they needed to figure out how to get it off the app to cover my purchase.“
