“We did take-out last night from Hardee’s after a long day and was very disappointed to discover when we got home that we were short-changed an item that we paid for. I called Shaun B to report the error and to try and get a credit but the store manager said we had to come in person with the receipt. This seemed like a real inconvenience to us (after already being inconvenienced) so I really wasn’t expecting much in the way of customer service but I was pleasantly surprised at how professionally the situation was handled when we got there today. We were helped by multiple people who were all friendly and apologetic for the error and they remade the entire order for us. Well done Hardees employees!“

“Don't really come to this location often as I have one alot closer to my house. But we went here as it's right across the street from my girlfriends work. Food was brought to our table within a reasonable amount of time considering it was lunch rush.“

Pedí las empanadas y estaban crujientes, con buen relleno y ese sabor que te hace pensar en casa. También probé un patacón y parrilla y de verdad estaba increíble, bien servido y con todo lo que tiene que llevar. El menú es súper completo: arepas, hamburguesas, parrillas, empanadas... ¡y todo con precios buenísimos! Además, tienen combos de lunch entre semana de $9.99 que están perfectos si estás trabajando o solo quieres comer bien y rápido. “Ordered on-line for meal items and were given 20 minute time frame for pick-up. Arrived 25 minutes for pick-up, however, waited patiently for approximately 35 minutes before order ready. I understand as ONLY TWO employees on duty. There were multiple people waiting for their orders. I applaud the two employees because they did an EXTRAORDINARY job in preparing the orders, but, were able to keep track of orders and maintained a pleasant demeanor despite the pressure of numbers. KUDOS 👏 to the employees there. 🎊✨️“

The manager offered us free peanuts from the boxes in the dining area while we waited for our food . Our food was ready when we went inside to pick it up.
