“i love these people and there food”

“Bobby and I were doing our daily “where are we eating today?” search when we stumbled on a true gem, Southern Palate in Dunnellon. We were craving a home-cooked comfort meal and they did not disappoint. The fried chicken? Golden, crispy perfection. The mac-n-cheese? Cheesy, creamy heaven. Add rice & gravy, collards, and green beans, and we were in full-on Southern food bliss. Because one round wasn’t enough, we grabbed a to-go plate of meatloaf, rice & gravy, green beans, and yams for today’s lunch goals. They’re only open Thursday through Saturday, so plan ahead.”

“Excellent variety of seafood offered. The stuffed flounder and Sea Scallops were very tasty. The staff was friendly and on point. They have comfortable interior seating and the option of outdoor seating too. This is at the top of my list for an authentic Florida seafood experience. Will be coming here often.”

“Brought my two nieces and my sister in law to try this place and they did not disappoint. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by one of the sweetest ladies, not only were the adults greeted but my nieces were as well. The food and service was excellent, the ladies were so kind and inviting, we enjoyed the atmosphere and looking at all the different hats and decorations. The dessert though is to die for. This is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back !!!!!”

“Don Pepe's Is my 15 year old favorite place to go eat and we frequent every month just want to give a shout out to Pedro and Pops Actually the whole crew for always having outstanding hospitality!!!... At times they're so busy that we may have to wait 20 minutes or so But all in all Food is always consistently hot and their's signature flavors... We came in as a group of 20 last night on their busiest night of the week And even though we had to wait around 30 minutes to get us all seated The rest of Evening was on point..... Thank you thank you thank you To the whole staff And especially thank you to pedro and pops!!!!! Tammi & Jayda....”

“Stopped in with a coworker for some donuts, they had a breakfast pizza. It was the best thing since sliced bread. Definitely found a new spot for food in the go when working the area. Staff was fun and friendly. Recommend you stop in”

“My wife and I was on the marketplace adventure and The person we picked up the toolbox from suggested that restaurant and we are so glad they did. It’s old school Italian food very delicious at a great price The customer service is top-notch. The food is great. It’s around an hour from our house, but we will definitely be coming again because it’s so good. The overall atmosphere makes you feel welcome very family, friendly and delicious food.”

“I ordered online to pick up. Also had a voucher from a previous meal that was missing items. Granted they were way busier than normal, (Taco bell was closed at the time next door) It took a total time of 25 minutes to receive my food from the drive thru. I ordered the 20 piece tender meal and had way more than 20 tenders in my order. (Might have made up for the long wait..idk). Food was good and overall I'm not mad, just a time consuming wait for a fast food establishment. Hardee's isn't my go to, but they did me right by replacing a prior messed up order and then some. Thank you.”

“My daughter is absolutely obsessed with horses so when I searched for places to eat on the way home from Crystal River I thought it would be a fun place to eat. I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was incredible and the food… Oh my goodness the food! Absolutely delicious. There were 6 of us and we each ate something different and absolutely everything was amazing! The portions were enormous. By far the best food we had while on vacation. We can’t wait to come back next year!”
