“We were traveling out of town and came across this location on our way home. We had a decent size order and our dog in the hatch of the car. We used the drive thru. The staff was super friendly and had great customer service. They even gave our dog a “pup cup”. They got our order right and all the sauces were in the bag. The food was hot and fresh. Recommend to anyone in the area or just passing through.“

“I was very impressed by the employee that took our order thur drive through.Not only was he friendly and polite,he went above and beyond!!He hasn't gotten an order of mozzarella sticks in the bag but was watchful enough to see us park then brought them to our car.He was very nice and I wish I got his name.We were at the palatka store before noon time. “This isn’t actually about the food. It’s about the EV charger and HUDSON who was on shift yesterday and was super helpful. The FPL hose wouldn’t come off of my adapter after I couldn’t get the supercharger to work. After 15 mins of struggling I went inside and Hudson greeted me immediately, listened to my problem and immediately came out to offer assistance. (Thank goodness it was during a slow time for them.) He helped me disconnect it after quite the struggle too, and sent me on my way. He was so incredibly kind and helpful! This is great customer service and I’ll be back to eat for just that reason!“
