“We were traveling out of town and came across this location on our way home. We had a decent size order and our dog in the hatch of the car. We used the drive thru. The staff was super friendly and had great customer service. They even gave our dog a “pup cup”. They got our order right and all the sauces were in the bag. The food was hot and fresh. Recommend to anyone in the area or just passing through.“

“I was very impressed by the employee that took our order thur drive through.Not only was he friendly and polite,he went above and beyond!!He hasn't gotten an order of mozzarella sticks in the bag but was watchful enough to see us park then brought them to our car.He was very nice and I wish I got his name.We were at the palatka store before noon time. I do love to see someone take pride in their work!!“

“After a bad experience a year ago, I tried Sonic again today. I would like to inform others, that service was fast, friendly and the food was good! I was very surprised. Thanks to the team that worked on 8/16/23! Yall did awesome! And look at the size of those onion rings!“
