“My boyfriends and I visited this location for lunch yesterday and we did not regret. There seemed to be an issue with the technology in the restaurant and I could hear the manager on duty saying she attempted several times to reach the IT department but was unsuccessful. The place was busy, the drive thru speaker was malfunctioning, the ice machine wasn’t working properly all she was also training the cashier. HER ATTITUDE, PATIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALL AROUND EXCEPTIONAL! Not only that, the food was fresh and my order was correct despite my order being a bit difficult ? shout out to the General Manager at this location. EVERY employee down to the guy frying the chicken were extremely polite. Good experience, we’ kk be back TODAY!“
