“Small little shop, but my goodness! Stopped by this evening just to get a few little snacks for some fun with a movie (steamed dumplings and some egg rolls). We were met with the sweetest lady who not only took our order, but confirmed which vehicle we came in and said that she’d bring our food out to us. She was so cheerful and so happy! Her vibe was absolutely uplifting! Once we got home and tucked into our snacks, the food hit the mark as well. Great food (appetizers anyway) and a great experience tells me we’re going to be going back again and again. A+!“

“Young girl taking orders is very friendly always gets the orders correct and is very pleasant young man on the other hand is not really social has a way of making you feel like your bothering him to place a order.
I personally love there soup broth it is very very flavorful.our good is always fresh and good .I have no idea why anyone would say other wise on reviews .englewood has very few places to choose from to go out to dinner but this place is great to pick up a good meal at a really good price.

“This is literally the only edible Chinese food in Venice. It’s not my all time favorite, because I come from NJ and NYC where the greatest Chinese takeout in the country is. But there are some pretty good things here, which is excellent compared to every other place in Venice. The wonton soup, boneless spareribs, sweet and sour pork, egg roll and general tso’s chicken are all good. I go here sometimes once a week and don’t get tired of it. The only things I haven’t liked from here are the bourbon chicken, which was really dry and needed a lot more sauce and the fried rice, I really don’t like the fried rice here. It’s the only place I’ve ever asked for white rice with a combination platter. The service is the fastest I have ever comes across. My food is always ready in 5 minutes without fail. It’s definitely worth a visit. It’s 4 stars in Venice. In Sarasota, it would be more like 3 stars. Still good either way.“

“Over 29 years going there and favorites are pork low main and hot and sour soup. Lunch is served now in a smaller round container which is a mistake. Pork, ,noodles, and veggies are packed on top of the rice and this sucks up the excellant sauce. Rice should be on the side of the rest with extra sauce in between. It used to be that way years ago and should go back to that even with less food packed in. The best Chinese food we know in Venice!!!!“

“Love the food and the amazing service. The older gentleman that owns the place runs a tight ship. He’s always courteous and delivers good value for the money. Plus, they are one of the few Chinese restaurants in town that offers a poo poo platter. If you’re looking for a charming environment to eat in, this is not the place. This is more for people that are looking for quality Chinese food that’s either takeout or delivery.“

“Please for the love of God get one in Punta Gorda or Port Charlotte...even farther south Northport... best gym macros for the traveling person tring to bulk in the gym...lemme put yall on though if you got one close by, get a bigger plate, egg fried rice as your 1 side and then for the other 3 get teriyaki chicken and dont add the sauce to it...can eat it in one sitting, goes down quick...100+ grams of protein...over 1000+ calories.... Carbs and fats as well...for like genuinely less than 12 dollars... get a rewards account and for every two you buy you can get practically one for free... I was 120 pounds at 6'3 now I'm at 180 pounds diced and can deadlift 400 pounds...I swear at least 20-30 pounds of it was just that meal I gave you above“

“We ordered by phone for pick up tonight. The wait was longer than anticipated but it’s Christmas and honestly I was just grateful to find a place that was open. The staff, especially the girl managing the counter/register, was so friendly and maintained calm composure throughout the chaos of so many orders. The food was delicious!!!“

“I don’t know how people can complain about the food. Especially this place. Always yummy and cooked well. There was one time we went and they served the wrong dish. Once. But I’ve been here many many times. Decided to finally leave a good review. I always get the sweet and sour chicken and rice, general chicken and rice, wonton soup, egg rolls, and/or other things randomly sometimes. Always good food. And I’ve never been sick eating from here. The food is served hot, so hot when I get home I gotta blow on it for a short bit, So never cold. The food is always filled to the brim of the take out dish. Well worth the price in my opinion since I usually stuff myself and still need to put left overs in the fridge. Cashiers are always nice and never wrong with the spare change. This is the only and best Chinese food in the area in my opinion. Highly recommend ordering out from here. 10/10“

“You're typical run down not so traditional/authentic Chinese food. The Chicken is always overcooked. overall the food always taste pretty good though. We go here when we've gone everywhere else one to many times. A belly full is a belly full. Definitely not my first choice. But we are fortunate to have the option.“

“Probably the best Chinese restaurant food I've eaten in the Port Charlotte area. Perfectly cooked beef, fresh shrimp, delicious vegetables and they didn't try to cover it up with MSG. The pork fried rice was expertly prepared with plenty of pork and vegetables. Our food was brought to the table, hot and ready to eat. Great place.“
