Let me slow down for a second and talk about this guava pastry: it is top-tier. I’ve tried them all over the area, and nobody else does a pastry this buttery, flaky, and jam-packed. It’s the real deal. I usually grab the $8.99 breakfast special with a cafe con leche, but you HAVE to add the pastry on the side. The husband and wife who run it provide that warm hospitality that makes you want to come back every morning.“

“Today after church we decided to give #WaffleMonkey in Bonita Springs a try. We are so glad we did. I believe I have one of the best waffles I’ve ever eaten. “This place is such a wonderful mom and pop breakfast and lunch restaurant! Carole served us up some delicious “Stackers” and OJ. Everything was prepared fresh to order and perfectly to our liking. We have had multiple work associates recommend this place and we were definitely not disappointed. We will certainly be back! On top of all of that - Thank you Carol for taking care of me today when I forgot my purse in my post-surgery haze! “Wife and I had late breakfast on a busy Sunday morning, and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant, and the breakfast, creamy eggs and sour dough bread with some fresh fruit was fresh and delicious. The only complaint was the bacon wasn't crispy, but that is a more a personal preference that I didn't request. The croissant my wife had was exceptional quality. Coffee and my wife's late were really good as well.“

“It was a bit busy when we got there but that was totally understandable as there was only two people working by themselves. They handled it like pros and the food and drinks were great. We got the steak and mushrooms on sourdough and the bonfire crepe was perfectly satisfying. The coffee actually tasted like coffee!! I’d definitely visit this place again, the wait was worth it!“

“Stop by after workout, 1st time visiting, Staff and one of the owners walked me thru menu. Great smoothie and wife got an Acai bowl. Loved that they still tasted sweet without a ton of sugar like other places! Sat and talked a while, great people too, the kind you want to give return business too!
Dietary restrictions: I have celaic, so gluten free isn't just a request it is a must, a lot of gluten free option and they understand about cross Contamination.“
