“I hosted an event there with about 30 ladies. The staff and management went above and beyond to make sure our night went off with out a hitch. Tyler and his co-worker made sure all of the ladies had fresh bread and salad and accommodated all of our needs. Food came out fast and delicious. “Had a fantastic evening this past Tuesday. Not our first but as great as previous. Consistency is the key to success.. We were a group of four and each had a different entree. No complaints all around. Now for the service. Susie was absolutely fantastic. Her Italian accent is perfect even though she is not Italian!!! Delightful, funny with a great attitude. Even though she had several tables, she always found the time to make us feel special. My next reservation will definitely include a request that it be with her as the server.“

“Four of us ate at 41 Bistro in Estero this evening. We all got something different, they were willing to make changes to our liking and all four meals were very good. Julia was our server and she along with Bella the robot gave us great service. Ally the owner came to our table and said he can adjust menu items for allergies just let him know. “We purchased a gift card for friends that are going to be in Cape Coral for the month of February---traveling there from Maine which is where we reside. The holidays delayed...and delayed and delayed the arrival of the gift card!
The TMB Manager, Bethany was incredibly responsive and made sure that we received a second card (first one needed to be voided and a second card issued). None of it the fault of the TMB folks but Bethany never, at any time, left us hanging and wondering if we would not get the gift card that we purchased. I am excited to hear how our friends like their visit. If this is an indication of their customer service in-house, I am sure they will be pleased! Thank you, Bethany!“

“The food here last night was tremendous. I never imagined we could get this level of great cuisine in Fort Myers. The veal Milanese had the most tender veal I’ve ever had. And the Linguine Vongole would’ve been enough for the whole table. My wife felt like we were back dining in Italy and we can’t wait to go back. Don’t hesitate to try it. And make sure you order some gnocchi they were incredible.“

Today I asked them for my points .not even half the bill.they said they converted there point system so I dont have enough points to pay for this meal.asked to see the manager but was to busy so all the points I had last year doesn't count. “Absolutely loved our visit to El Gaucho Trattoria We stopped by for pasta and were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and cozy the place felt. we ordered Pizza, Pasta a lo Macho, Grilled Octopus, and the best Lamb Ossobucco! coocked perfectly , and couldn’t stop raving about it! Holly showed me all the fresh raviolis and lasagna and explained to me how each one was made. I bought two sandwiches which were huge and had to take home left overs and then lasagna and ravioli to go. My family loved them at home quick and easy something I love with my busy schedule. She told us we needed try their meatballs we told her we are super picky on meatballs but she said she makes them every week. We tried them and they are were one of the best we have ever had. “The food and the service have been excellent every time we have eaten here. I had the chicken cacciatore last night, and my wife had the sausage Napolitano, and both were excellent - fresh ingredients, rich taste, and expertly prepared and presented. The service was perfect. Monica took good care of us, was friendly, fast, and efficient. Ivana is, I believe, Enrico's niece and oversees the operation. She really goes the extra mile, walking around greeting the customers and making sure everything is okay. Extremely friendly and makes everybody feel at home. The atmosphere was quite comfortable, normal background conversation for dinner hour, not too loud and easy to carry on a conversation at our booth. We look forward to enjoying this place at every opportunity. The menu is quite extensive and the prices are quite reasonable for what seems to be authentic freshly prepared Italian / Mediterranean food. The house Chianti is my favorite and it's reasonably priced and very good. Try this restaurant, you'll like it!“

“We are Sicilian decent wanted to try for my birthday. We ordered a Marguerita pie , eggplant parm, two seafood dishes and some soup. Staff was very nice and attentive. I liked that the food was not salty at all and you can add your own. My parents are hard to impress but my father loved it. He said “this is real pizza”. Set your expectations, this is not a brick oven pizzeria in Sicily. It’s a humble place in Florida , very clean and simple , reminds me of Nona’s food. Ohh the cannolis were 😚 yummy !! Crispy shell. I would go back just to have them !! You won’t be disappointed!!“

“Im a frequent flyer of DeRomos. I went to the market today for a few things and as usual I stopped at the dessert cases. I chose a slice of salted caramel cheesecake, which is one I hadn’t seen before. When I say never stop making this cheesecake I mean for the love of god never stop making this cheesecake! Hands down the best I have ever had in my life, no exaggeration! This needs to be a full time item on your menu including in the restaurant.“

“Loved everything . Food was really good loved the angle hair and sausage, it was a lot of food for being the smaller size. Our waitress Rachael was too much fun, she was ready joke with us as much as we did with her. A big shout out to Arlene who also was extra special and a really cheerful helper. Be nice to the whole staff, they work like crazy to take care of the crowds and get the food out quickly. I don’t think we as customers understand how stressful a job like that can be. She seemed a bit distracted at times and it felt like she forgot about our table. Still, I want to highlight Brandon’s excellent attitude — even though he wasn’t assigned to us, he was very kind and attentive. Thanks to him, our experience was much more enjoyable.“
