Staff was awesome and did a great job at 5:50am on August 11,2022 The one on 434 in Longwood sucks no one ever shows up for work that's 5 times in the past year that the 434 long wood store hasn't had anyone there when they were supposed to open! “We celebrated my daughter’s birthday tonight at the New Smyrna location. They had a lovely sitting area set up for our group and everyone working tonight was so attentive and sweet! All of the food and dessert was great, we especially liked the chocolate fondue, apple brie croissant, and fig and prosciutto crostinis! Well done, we will definitely be back!“

“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.“

“Visited STEMMA Craft Coffee for the first time last week with a friend, and I’m still thinking about it! We ordered the avocado toast topped with lightly roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, a perfectly cooked egg, and a touch of balsamic glaze ~ absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The only thing I’d add is I would prefer any bread other than white as it was a bit too tough and hard to cut with a knife. I also had a latte, and wow, it was incredible. Smooth, rich, and clearly crafted with care. You can tell the baristas here know what they’re doing. The Spanish girl who was assisting us was so wonderful and you could tell she likes her job which is refreshing! Parking was a bit tricky, but honestly, it’s a small inconvenience compared to the quality of the food and drinks. Cozy vibe, friendly service, and amazing coffee. I’ll be back next time I am in Orlando.“

“Our family stopped in for some delicious Phoebe’s ice cream this evening. We had a hard time choosing as there are so many amazing flavors, so we each got doubles… Vanilla, orange dream, amaretto chip, dulce de leche, and chocolate brownie did not disappoint. “Though The Muddy Root’s menu is already hard to beat, the real magic lies in the staff here. It doesn’t matter what day you come in; you’ll always be met by someone warm, welcoming, and ready to explain anything you’d like to know about their WIDE variety of menu items. If you’re not a kava or kratom person, this cafe offers a coffee and tea menu that’s highly customizable. Whatever you’re looking for- something sweet, something strong, something refreshing- the kavatenders (their “bartenders”) will always know how to make it happen. Even when my drink doesn’t taste right the first time (which rarely happens), the staff is beyond happy to add or substitute anything so that it’s just what I want. A literal 2-minute drive from UCF (and right between two major UCF apartments), this is an amazing study spot. Plenty of outlets and a variety of seating, plus free WiFi (after ordering). “No direct entrance from the side facing the main street. If you go around the building, the patio entrance faces the large parking lot. Lots of seating space inside and some outside. Comfortable. Specialty includes chai/coffee with torched whipped cream and brown sugar. You get coffee, fat, and sugar in one cup so it's rather rich. Several baked goods including pies, and also has wine. They have a small kitchen to make sandwiches etc.“

“We ordered the pulled chicken, pulled steak, and Pabellón empanadas. They were so huge and were stuffed with meat. All 3 were delicious! My favorite was the pulled steak, great flavor and juicy.

“I was greeted by Preston who gave some recommendations and also let me know they actually make their boba fresh. They make it in the store and don't ship it in and just stick it in water! You can taste the difference! They also have coffee and fruit tea and guess what else? Taiyaki! I had the Jasmine milk tea which was delicious and red beans taiyaki. This was a good combination of sweet and savory. All was fabulous! Service by both Preston and Angelica was amazing!“

“We came here on a whim to have a birthday breakfast for my daughter and what a fantastic little cafe! The decor is inviting and soothing. The food menu is not super extensive but the specialty here is clearly their drinks! They offer a large variety of hot and cold drinks, coffees, teas, matcha, and some cultural rare finds! We were a party of six and were able to sit right away despite Sunday right before lunch. I got the golden latte which was delightful! It came with a beautiful design of cinnamon on top! I had never had that and really enjoyed it down to the last drop! Others in our party had black coffee with hazelnut, iced caramel macchiato, Turkish coffee and an iced matcha latte. Everyone was so happy with their drinks! I had the Persian chicken salad on white bread and it was just as tasty as it sounded! The chicken was tender and the flavor was divine! Our party ordered the turkey club, a turkey club on pita (they’ll do this for you), the chicken salad, a Cobb salad, and a beef gyro. The only item that didn’t look too impressive was the Cobb salad, mainly because there was so much lettuce (a plus) but appeared to be lacking enough hard boiled egg. It also did not come dressed but we asked for ranch which was brought out quickly. My MIL’s chicken salad looked hearty and fresh and she seemed to enjoy it. My husband received fresh house made tzatziki with his gyro and really enjoyed it. The server was super accommodating and patient with us, especially impressive as she seemed to be the only one “on the floor” serving the customer and making specialty drinks. After a little bit, we saw a couple of other employees, likely from the back, preparing food. So excited to have this gem so close to home and in our town that is otherwise flush with chains. We will surely be back to try some of the other menu items and just soak up the ambience!“
