“I wanted to give them a try and was craving tacos, so I was glad they were open when I was close by!They are a taco truck parked underneath a big oak tree and that makes it nice. The staff is nice and you get to ring a bell of they are busy preparing food. The lady that took my order was nice and I was able to pay with my card and my food did not take long to be ready for me to take it to go.They offer tacos, quesadillas, hot dogs, burgers and sodas. I was craving tacos so I had a chicken taco, al pastor taco and a shrimp taco (this one came in a flour tortilla). I had them Mexican style (cilantro, onion, sauce and guac) and they sure hit the spot. Made to order, fresh and tasty. You can order tacos American style as well and that comes with sour cream, cheese and lettuce.If you are around the area make sure you give them a try.“

“I’m visiting Orlando for my son’s Flag Football Tournament. We’re from Rhode Island. This popped up on my FB page and I just had to try it since my family is Lactose Intolerant. The service was excellent and the milk shakes were amazing!!! I purchased Chocolate, Strawberry and Cookies and Cream. The milk shakes came in mason jars, which was cool. Also the bamboo straws were cool too. My family loved the milkshakes, they drank them all. We wish we had Vegan Scoops Orlando in Rhode Island. We surely will come back when we’re back in Florida.“

“I have lived near this little food truck for almost a year and finally took the plunge. When I pulled up I was met by a really nice guy who runs this little unassuming truck. I viewed the menu and saw they had quite a bit of Tex-mex food that all looked awesome! I asked if there was a pasta menu which he said an emphatic yes! I got the pasta carbonara with rigatoni and it was awesome, creamy, salty and an awesome portion. It came with a small side salad that had a vinaigrette dressing. The food was all made fresh so there was about a 10-12 minute wait but it was fantastic! This little unassuming food truck is worth a shot especially if you are wanting fresh food with a great price and an awesome portion! A some job.“

The satellites stores around Orlando are still excellent, but sometimes there's a mouthfeel where you can tell it melted a bit from the travel and refroze.“

There is a nice selection of beer, if cocktails are not for you. Bring a friend and give this hidden gem a try. You won't be disappointed!“

“When a friend showed me a photo of the poke burger from here and told me to try it, I knew I needed to.I'm very thankful to that friend because this is the best thing I've eaten this year. It's been a month since we came here and I'm still thinking about it.I got it with tuna because that's our favorite poke fish. The crispy rice patties made the perfect bun. The sauce was delicious. It was perfect.I wish I didn't live across the country because I want to be able to get this poke burger way more often.“

I had the cholo dog and it was delicious. Can officially say this is my one and only favorite hot dog! What caught my attention was the bbq sauce, chipotle mayo, and tajin; a girls dream! The jalapeños added a great touch; not too spicy, but a small kick. Love that the sauces helped make the hot dog feel that it wasn't dry and overall just mixed together for a great flavor. Wait time at the lake eola Christmas market wasn't crazy, a good 10 minutes? I'll can definitely say I'd order 2 next time!“

“I make breakfast burritos/tacos almost every morning so I'm hard to please when it's something I can make.The Breakfast burrito is amazing. There was a good amount of bacon, delicious gooey white cheese with eggs and tasty flavored tortillas. the flavors were excellent and the price was worth it! “I don't know how I don't have a review for one of my Favorite Places! For almost 10 years this has been my go to for my personal "best burger". The picanha burger is so well seasoned, full of flavor and juicy. I usually get the fries as the side option. The cart has been at this location as long as any other as they were one of the first trucks at ala carte. I think the $15 price for a great burger and fries is just perfect for me. Over the years they sometimes do special dishes for holiday's or events. I was able to make the steak valentines a few years back and it was amazing.“

“I tried her food for the first time last week. I ordered my food through Uber eats and it was ready really quick. I went to pick it up because I don't pay delivery fees lol. The owner came out with my order as soon as I pulled up with a big smile on her face and she was very pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big enough that I could split it into two days worth of food. I had the fried pork chop meal which came with white rice and gravy and also two sides which I ordered the macaroni and cheese in the greens. I also got an order of the banana pudding which did not even make it home. I will be ordering again very soon. I think I will be making this my once a week cheat meal“

“We recently moved our office into the area and on moving day, we searched for restaurants nearby. I stumbled on your place online and we placed our orders, only to be pleasantly surprised that the food truck was merely blocks away. I tried to "customize" my sandwich with different bread, no cheese and no mustard. I don't know if my coworker forgot or they didn't make the edit but it came as it is on the menu. Hear me out...the Pastrami Project obviously knows better than I did and I was AMAZED. They have the only rye bread I have ever liked. Liked??? I LOVED IT. And the mustard? I sure have been missing out all of these years not having mustard on my sandwich. Or maybe it's just that The Pastrami Project knows just the right ingredients to put together for the PERFECT sandwich. GO. Get one. Ps, they did leave off the cheese for me. It was SO darn good that I forced myself to not eat the other half so that I could share that with MY other half. He also loved it, even cold! Again, get one.
