“I had an unfortunate experience here this morning and was missing some of my items when I picked up my order and got home. I was a little annoyed with having to drive back. I explained that I was missing some items and the dude with the sick mustache made my entire order again so the food was hot. I work in the sales/service industry and the owners should be very very proud of the way this guy handled my situation. Very apologetic and got me hot food quickly. Threw my kids some cinnamon rolls too.“

“Had a delightful experience at the Hop here tonight. My servers Beaver and Hayle did an absolute phenomenal job of holding down the entire restaurant by themselves… per usual….. Sadly, once again the kitchen was brand new and inexperienced and very very extremely slow and wait time for food was over 30 minutes….. thankfully for my servers I still was able to have a wonderful experience. These girls deserve a raise and better squad to support them through rushes and the totality of the restaurant.“

“Walked in and the place was clean and neat. Decor is basic, but that doesn't matter once you set your eyes on the menu. A wide variety of items from omelets to Fried Kibbeh and Gyros with breakfast options all day alternate on two screens at the counter, but for those people who prefer classic menus, those are available as well. Everything on the menu is $9 or less with vegetarian options and is made fresh while you wait. If waiting isn't in the cards they do pick up and Uber Eats and Door Dash.. Open from 7am-4pm M-F and 8am-3pm Saturday, 904 Deli is great for Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Supper. I will definitely be coming back. :)“

“My son and I love Waffle House. The best thing for us is that the way of cooking, serving, dining, has not changed in 30 years and it's always been an inviting place whether after a party late night or on the weekends for breakfast....A great restaurant all around!“

“I visit here very frequently and the service is always amazing. I came in today, Easter Sunday, before work. I knew it would be busy for the holiday so I allowed myself plenty of time before work. I walked in at 11:01. Ordered my food and my order was at my table at 11:07, 6 Minutes later. That's pretty impressive for a slow day, but for it to be as busy as it is, y'all are overachievers. Kudos to you team Oakleaf!! Keep up the awesome work.“

“I know this isn't a local joint, but it was late and local options were slim at the time. I wanted to send a shout out to Waffle House on Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville for an excellent experience last night. We walked in for a late dinner at 10 minute to 9. They were packed and short staffed. We grabbed the only open table and the shift leader (manager?), who was also cooking, brought our drinks and took our order, advising that it may be a wait. While we were there, 4 staff members that had been called in to help showed up and went right to work. They were a well oiled machine, continually checking on all of the tables, apologizing for the wait, and thanking everyone for their patience. We got our food and left within an hour. If we had gone to the IHOP 2 doors down, we would have still been waiting for our food (even in the best of times.) I know times are tough for the service industry right now, but these ladies and gentlemen handled it with grace and efficiency. I tipped 50% of the bill, and would have done much more if I could have.“

“This is the best breakfast restaurant I’ve ever been to, I love coming here on my mornings off to just hangout and eat, delicious food I had the two egg breakfast and it was HAMMIN it was soooo good, I also really love their strawberry French toast. By far the best place to eat , the nicest people work there, truly the best place to eat out!“

“Great staff.....at least the 11:00 am shift is....... “I am a big breakfast eater. This place is just too Yuppie and expensive for me. Others might like it better.UPDATE: I am increasing my rating from three to five stars. I have returned here three or four times with guests, and they all loved it. Not where I'd go alone for an inexpensive breakfast, but just right with guests . . .“
