So about this place... pollo tropical will always be a great fast food restaurant. But if I am being honest the service really needs some attention. The food was great , now the drive trough delay was too much , maybe better coordination, maybe not enough employees, definitely to long the wait . I keep coming but I am dining inside now , better experience, always nice people with a smile .
We were just looking for quick deal, and the app gives you a free meal when you refer someone, so one of us referred the other. Additionally, we got 50 points just by signing up, which turned into two more free meals after we bought a platter of chicken haha. Speaking of the platter of chicken, I got the 1/2 mixed with yellow rice & beans and corn for $11.44. It felt like such a steal!
