“I usually get out of work really late and don’t have the time or energy to cook, so I often end up grabbing fast food through the drive-thru. Most of the time, when I go somewhere close to closing, the service feels rushed or unfriendly. This time was completely different. I stopped by the Pollo Tropical drive-thru just before closing, and there was a girl named Vanessa working. Even though it was the end of her shift, she greeted me with a smile, was friendly and patient, and made sure my order was correct. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. After a long day at work, that level of customer service really meant a lot. Vanessa went above and beyond, and Pollo Tropical is lucky to have such a hardworking and caring employee.“

“I absolutely loved this Cuban restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic Cuban taste. The rice and beans were delicious, and the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was clean and well organized. “I love this place and been wanting to give them a review they deserve since it’s a place I would love for it to stick around once the new mall comes in. The service girls are amazingly attentive the food comes out pretty quick the prices are insanely great. I have now gone 5 times this month. Whenever I don’t feel like cooking me and my wife shoot over to this restaurant. I always forget to take pictures when I go cause I’m so desperate to eat taht I forget the pics.
But it’s definitely a place worth going to.
I have told a few friends and family and the ones who have gone are glad we told them.“

“For Colombian burgers we usually go to Kendall but it was so late & found this spot 5 min from my house. We ordered the burgers and they were so good! They had pineapple (optional got 1 with & 1 with out) pink sauce, ruffles, lettuce, tomato the burger was pretty big. It is a food truck & they have tables outside and the service was good too they were really nice and made you feel like you were in your home kitchen having a conversation with your mom or aunts while they cooked. Will get pics next time we ate them too quick lol“

“Truly was going to go to Roma, De, Perú, but there was no parking slow. Was driving my way up the street and noticed the Sign definitely when Looking it up to give a review Doesn’t give the correct name, but needless to say Met. The owner was humble. Sweet. Nice even gave me a free sample of their soup and was DJ licious. Food was fresh. I got the seafood platter. Rice mix, and everything was fresh. Definitely will come back here again and recommended.👍“

“Soy cliente desde hace mucho tiempo, soy fan del arroz frito y el arroz imperial, mi familia ama los chicharrones, el puerco y el guarapo. Siempre que vamos encontramos limpieza, amabilidad, calidad superior tanto de la comida como del servicio, seriedad con las ordenes y las entregas. Se respira un excelente ambiente que siempre da gusto regresar. Las muchachas tienen conocimiento del menu por lo que ante alguna indecision dan sugerencias para que los clientes nos vallamos complacidos. “I had such a fantastic morning stopping by this little spot for breakfast with my daughter. The atmosphere is so warm and cozy, and you can really tell it is a family-run place because everyone makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. I tried the Tres Tiros, which is a amazing mix of mashed plantains, eggs, salami, and cheese, and it was honestly one of the best Latin meals I have had in a long time. The coffee was also super rich and delicious, which was the perfect way to wake up. It is a total hidden gem that serves authentic food with a lot of heart, and I will definitely be making this a regular stop whenever I am passing through the area.“
