Most of the time, when I go somewhere close to closing, the service feels rushed or unfriendly. This time was completely different. I stopped by the Pollo Tropical drive-thru just before closing, and there was a girl named Vanessa working. Even though it was the end of her shift, she greeted me with a smile, was friendly and patient, and made sure my order was correct. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. After a long day at work, that level of customer service really meant a lot. Vanessa went above and beyond, and Pollo Tropical is lucky to have such a hardworking and caring employee.“

“This place is inside of a gas station. The only downside are the ladies who serves you the food. They are not friendly. They don’t speak English and give you attitude. Also, I’m starting to feel they are charging whatever price. On my next visit, I will take pictures of my receipts. The chicken fingers are delicious though.“
