“I usually get out of work really late and don’t have the time or energy to cook, so I often end up grabbing fast food through the drive-thru. Most of the time, when I go somewhere close to closing, the service feels rushed or unfriendly. This time was completely different. I stopped by the Pollo Tropical drive-thru just before closing, and there was a girl named Vanessa working. Even though it was the end of her shift, she greeted me with a smile, was friendly and patient, and made sure my order was correct. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. After a long day at work, that level of customer service really meant a lot. Vanessa went above and beyond, and Pollo Tropical is lucky to have such a hardworking and caring employee.“

“What a great first experience at Dave’s. I wasn’t familiar with the menu, but Zenobia made me feel welcome right away. She was upbeat, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find the perfect meal. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find these days.

Manager Andre was also very attentive, walking throughout the restaurant, keeping things clean, and making sure guests were enjoying their food. Together, they created an amazing experience.

“Been coming here with my kids for a while , they treat us like family , when I get my kids out of school I asked them where they want to go , they both say KFC , I am bad at names but the whole team it’s amazing and they are super warm .
