“Fantastic birthday dinner for 8. Service was spot on, and food was top notch. Not cheap, but well worth the price. Highly recommend the crispy duck and the whole yellowtail snapper (tonight's special). The dumplings and spring rolls to start were also terrific. All in all a perfect evening.“

“Just visited my BFF of 40 years and we learned Lotus has moved as we always dined here when they were in Wilton Manors. OMG…it’s better than ever!! We were so impressed that we visited 3 times during my 12 day stay. They have a beautiful new restaurant, a young, fresh FRIENDLY staff, and the owner visits each table and engages with every customer. Food is even better than before and portions are huge!! Lotus is also very LGBTQ friendly…just as they were in Wilton Manors. Highly recommend!!!! Five stars!!“

“House special rice noodles were bland but since I'm watching my sodium intake that wasn't a bad thing. The ingredients were definitely fresh so I will return this dish again.UPDATE: I went back to try my favorite Chinese restaurant dish, Singapore Mei Fun and I'm so happy I did. It's so good. Definitely going back for more. ?“

“We tried New China after our usual place’s quality declined. They decor is cute and it was one of the cleanest Chinese restaurants, including the kitchen, I’ve seen. The service was friendly and the food was fresh and good. Looks like our new usual Chinese restaurant. They also have a good seafood menu.“

“Surprised after all of the Chinese food places I've tried, I've found one that was really good! Actually it was on point. Quality of food 100%, service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely come back. I got the boneless spareribs dinner with Wonton soup, honey garlic nugget dinner and an extra eggroll. All fantastic thank God. Well done. Thank you for a great meal.“

“We just moved to the area and was hoping to find a really good Chinese spot and found one. I was very impressed with the food, customer service and the atmosphere. I ordered by phone and the young lady I ordered with was very courteous. Also, as soon as you walk in their establishment the aroma tells you this food is going to be good. Your greeted by the wonderful lady with the great personality who took my order over the phone. She's so friendly and personable, something you rarely don't see in the fast food industry anymore. My Husband and I were extremely impressed and will make Sunrise Chinese our go to spot and you should as well.“

“This is the best Chinese food in west Pines. usually ready within 20 minutes and never disappoints. I saw a review where the person was complaining about the "customer service"... It's a take out place. They take your order, give you your food and move on to the next person. I could care less if they said "Enjoy your food fatboy, see you soon" because if you live in West Pines, you know that it's hard to get good take out food anywhere and especially good Chinese take out. Personally, the service is always great with me so I love the place.“

“Ordered about a week ago, fell in love with the food & the super generous portions they give!! My boyfriend and I were dying for some chinese food, and this place hit the spot. Glad I went with my gut to get some, even though theres a few negative reviews — I’m thinking it wasn’t a good day, or just depends on who’s in the back just like any other restaurant. I recommend the General Tao’s chicken and the pork lo mein (even though it seems there was more pork than noodles)“

“My Favorite Local Chinese restaurant, take out only, which is fine with me. My only concern is, that I always need to order extra meat ?? ??, whenever I order the house special fried rice, and I always do (because I love it), because they don't put enough meat in their fried rice. So, otherwise their food ? is great for a little ? take out/ delivery spot...So, yes they could put more meat in their dishes. ☆☆☆☆. 4.9“

“I used to love this place when the old man, his sister, wife was there. Went today it was awful ordered sweet and sour chicken the chicken was cooked in brunt grease, no vegetables, fried rice was gummy stuck together!!! AWFUL $8.00 I threw in the garage!!!“

“I’ve eaten Chinese takeout from here across the US all the way to SoCal. This place is phenomenal! Even tho I ordered only 20mins til close (I know I’m horrible ?) the food was fresh and no one gave me an attitude like most places do right before closing.I got something simple, chicken lo mein dinner combo with pork fried rice and egg drop soup. The meat was moist and flavorful, the noodles were saucy and savory, the fried rice was dense but still fluffy. The pork egg roll was the best I’ve had in years! Only reason I gave 4 stars for food is because the spring roll was not the best and the portion of soup was tiny.“

A family member of mine have them them rave reviews some time back, and they weren't exaggerating...AT ALL!! Great pricing for what you're getting, and, not only that, but: FIRST CHINESE FOOD I ATE, AND DIDN'T HAVE TO USE ANY SOY OR DUCK SAUCE WHATSOEVER!!!

“We asked for our food to be low sodium, the server said they only use low sodium soy sauce. Still the beef and broccoli and the lettuce wrap were very salty. Next time I am going to ask to have sauce on the side or to use half of the sauce.“
