I always order through the app and they always forget to send the order correctly. Either the main dish or some side dish is missing. Managers should check the orders carefully before putting them on the pass.
Ordered for pickup and food was not in the pickup area. Waited near the pickup area almost 10 minutes with another customer and no one asked our names though we could see plenty of people walking around making food and supervising. We had to ask for help to get our food placed in the pickup cubbies. The food was sitting behind the cubbies. It was also dry and had very little flavor.The whole atmosphere was depressing. No colors anywhere except on the signs.
