About Pollo Tropical

Pollo Tropical offers authentic and delicious Cuban food, though a bit pricey. The restaurant tends to be busy, especially with long drive-thru lines, and the location often experiences order delays and occasional issues with pick-up times. Some staff members have been reported to have attitude problems and provide poor service, including unprofessional behavior at the pick-up area. Despite these mishaps, the food quality remains a highlight, with flavorful tropical chicken being a popular choice. Customers have praised staff members like Carey, who is attentive and caring, often going above and beyond to ensure a good experience. Many find the place cleaner and more enjoyable than fast food chains like McDonald's, and appreciate the fresh, tasty food. While the restaurant has potential, better management and staff training could improve the overall experience. Overall, the restaurant is known for its delicious chicken and is considered a good place for flavorful Cuban food at reasonable prices.
