All shrimp…. Did not even taste like Ceviche. Was sooo disappointed. I wish they would have told us before we ordered or I would have gotten something else instead. Let your customers know if the menu changes. I walked through high winds and rain to come back to this restaurant before flying back home.“

From the Drink Menu & Appetizers to Deserts and everything in between; they have always been spot on! Valet makes parking easy in the busy beach area, taking away the hassle of having to find a spot. The staff is always kind and courteous- I especially appreciate the mindfulness when I mention my food allergies. I'm confident I can order anything off the menu and not have to worry about an accidental contamination and reaction. “First time going to Kubo and the food, service, and atmosphere was all great. I had the Hawaiian Poke bowl, and my partner had to the Unagi (Eel) Poke bowl. We were both very happy and satisfied with our main dish. The miso soup was little over salted but a splash of water calmed that down real quick. I ordered an app of Tako Yaki which I also enjoyed, just wished they gave 6 instead of 5 balls lol.
My friend that was there as well ordered like the fried chicken bao bun. It was so good she placed a 2nd order after getting her main dish of Shoyu Ramen, which she also thoroughly enjoyed. Had to loosen a button after that meal
We do plan on coming back to again to try more of their great food and maybe even get a dessert because I saw on the menu there was a basque cheesecake that I really wanna try 😅“

The cucumber salad inside the pita made the perfect crunch and touch of freshness. The fries were so freshly made and had the perfect crisp, I just wish I had ketchup. But it was barely missed because I also tried the red sauce and it was the perfect spice for my fries. But nothing topped the purple cabbage salad. It was my absolute favorite thing I tried and I’d seriously come back just for it! All in all, the food was amazing and extraordinary. However, the service was exceptional! I was in awe at the way these people treated me. They were the nicest most welcoming, helpful, patient individuals and I can’t believe there was so much amazing people in one small building.
