“I am not anti Starbucks. That’s a fine company, it’s just that I have become accustomed to the personality and hospitality of the market. This place is excellent. They always welcome me when I come in and even ask about my day, other meetings I may have, and they’re not afraid to ask me to try something new. “I just want to say thank you for the great customer service, I was having a normal day today until the waitress (a very nice lady) made me feel special and loved, I couldn’t eat my breakfast because I was feeding my newborn and she brought hot coffee and toast for me, she said “you deserve it mom” my friend and I, we were in tears, she was so special and kind! “i ordered an iced caramel macchiato and a slice of tiramisu cake. both were absolutely delicious and was the best tiramisu i ever had. neither of my items were overbearingly sweet, which i loved. i often have a hard time finding tiramisu that isn’t too sweet, the same with a caramel macchiato. i will definitely be back when i am around the ft myers area!“
