Tiff does a great job engaging with both regulars and first-time guests, keeps things organized during busy times, and brings a positive, calm energy to the bar. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and contributes a lot to the overall vibe and success of the place.

It was our first time in the area, and the coffee shop gave us a special place, with a warm and cozy atmosphere, and incredibly friendly faces daily!!! While we may have been to town to visit friends, this coffee shop became a highlight of our trip!!! The food was always delicious (please find a way to ship me apple and cinnamon empanadas!!), the drinks were superb (I'm already craving another mocha frappe!!!), and the service was truly unbeatable. “Don’t place your order at the remote drive thru kiosk. This location is near a four lane road so very loud and the person taking the order cannot hear. I ordered a venti vanilla cappuccino (repeated twice) then proceeded to pay window. I received a cup of black coffee only half full topped with foam. No vanilla. Not what I ordered. They cannot hear with all the traffic noise. Next time I am ordering from the pay window.“

Beautiful room, outstanding service, two pools and a large hot tub which was relaxing in the evening! The balcony facing the ocean with the fountain sounds from the pool was perfect for my morning Bible study. Love the coffee shop downstairs and the fact that there are restaurants available on site. “i ordered an iced caramel macchiato and a slice of tiramisu cake. both were absolutely delicious and was the best tiramisu i ever had. neither of my items were overbearingly sweet, which i loved. i often have a hard time finding tiramisu that isn’t too sweet, the same with a caramel macchiato. i will definitely be back when i am around the ft myers area!“

This is the only DD location in SWFL in which for sure your hot coffee will never be cold. “Literally the sweetest baristas and the best coffee in downtown. Shoutout to Trey in particular, dude was so genuine and a joy to interact with. On top of the great atmosphere, they have a betta fish with a proper tank setup (planted and over 3 gallons) so obviously this cafe has

“The coffee here was so good! It costs a pretty penny but everything seemed very fresh and natural and you can see them make the smoothies all with fresh fruit. Everything was really tasty and they had a wide selection of specialty coffees to choose from. They also had a little gift shop area with Jellycat, Rifle Paper co., and luminary hotel merchandise. There was also plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee/breakfast.“

“Stopped at the Starbucks at 9011 Daniels Parkway this morning. The drive thru guy, Zach, was having an issue scanning my phone for the purchase. So he took my phone from my hand, got the scan and then without any hesitation grabbed a disinfectant wipe and wiped down my phone before handing it back to me. All the while taking orders as well. Zach also knew how to wear a mask properly. I wish every drive thru person was as professional as he was.“
