Slow to wait on customers.
Walked over from my hotel to make it before the posted 7 pm closing time and made it by 6:48, but the main door was already locked. Knocked and the employee just looked at me from the back and mouthed she was closed. Went through the gas station side since I saw a door there.
When I asked if they were open until 7:00 like it’s posted on the door, she responded “I don’t know” and continued what she was doing. She was dismissive and obviously didn’t care at all.

Ordered a philly cheesesteak through the app, picked it up, all nicely wrapped, then got home, unwrapped it and NO MEAT, NO CHEESE, just bread and toppings...how does that even happen?!? Staff is either completely stupid or do this intentionally, either way completely ridiculous and frustrating. Terrible
