Owners Diana and Antonio have succeeded in replicating a true regional style restaurant direct from Italy! If you want a standard chicken parm or pasta keep scrolling. “Four of us ate at 41 Bistro in Estero this evening. We all got something different, they were willing to make changes to our liking and all four meals were very good. Julia was our server and she along with Bella the robot gave us great service. Ally the owner came to our table and said he can adjust menu items for allergies just let him know. They also serve gluten free pasta and sauces. We will be back. Thank you for an enjoyable Tuesday evening.“
