“First time at this restaurant, because the locals were saying it was really good. It was not only good it was wonderful! Everything was served and at a perfect relaxed pace by our waiter Alan. From the crusty Italian bread with marinara dipping sauce …whetting our appetites with a Tomato Al Caprese..through the family-style salad and …into the main entrees of Chicken Marsala and Veal Cannelloni, and topped off with a Limoncello cake and Cannolis, everything was mouthwatering and delicious! Each item was enhanced by a robust bottle of Pino Noir❤️ We will definitely be back as there’s so many more items on the menu that we want to try!“

“Finally! A Japanese place that serves Okonomiyaki. This is a popular dish in Japan that I grew up eating when I lived there. It provided me with a sense of nostalgia as I do not come across this as often as Takoyaki, which I also love. The interior matched the theme of the restaurant, an Izakaya. I will definitely be returning when I visit Sarasota again.“

Service was at the perfect cadence never rushed and respectful of our opera start. “It was my girlfriend 31st birthday, the night started a little sour as we had to wait over 10 mins after being seated for a waiter to greet us though they were not busy. “Sardinia deserves a 4.75 and maybe higher. Food is delicious and service exceptional too. A bit loud due to the room size and table placements, but that's required to run a business in SRQ. The Sardinian Bread is exceptional. All pastas are homemade...and wonderful as well. We had a delicious dinner and look forward to returning.“
