“Food was good. Meatballs were overdone. Salads and desserts were wonderful. Ravioli and veal dishes were very good. Service was slow bcuz they were short staffed in the kitchen that night and take out. pizza orders were overwhelmingons. Ambiance on the patio made up for all of the shortcomings. No dinner substitutions and no liquor. Only wine and beer“
“Husband got the grouper special. Was very good. I had ordered a pizza since they have a pizza oven there by the bar. It looked and tasted like a frozen cardboard pizza. Don’t know why they wouldn’t be serving fresh pizza here but stay away from ordering the pizza as it doesn’t look or taste appealing.“
“Quisiera expresar mi gratitud hacia nuestro mesero ANDREI por su excelente servicio durante nuestra visita. Su atención fue impecable, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y brindando recomendaciones acertadas. Su amabilidad y profesionalismo hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más placentera. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra comida una experiencia memorable!"“
“This place was recommended so we thought we’d check it out with some friends. In summary, the food was OK. The noise level was a little high in the dining room. Wait staff very good. Ambiance fair. For appetizers, we ordered And shared the Rice ball, Bruschetta and the PEI muscles. The cheese ball was interesting but for the life of me I could not find any of the meat that said it had. The PEI mussels were undersized, and the white sauce had almost no flavor. Bruschetta pretty average. For main courses, we ordered the Amatriciana, the flounder, the Carbonara, and the grilled veal chop. Portions on all these were good and the presentation OK but not inspiring. The veal chop was a little raw around the bone. Flavors on all were OK.The tables in the main dining room are small and a little bit close as a result of noise level was a little high when the restaurant got crowded. There is a good wine selection, but no spirits. The highlight of the meal for me was the coconut cake for dessert. It was excellent with great flavor. Our server did a good job. She was cordial and attentive, but not overbearing. The food came out after a reasonable amount of time and was warm. With several glasses of wine our bill came out to $258 before tip which I felt was a bit on the pricey side.“
“Amazing service and amazing food. The home made pasta and the other dishes were light and enjoyable to have. Reasonably priced too. Was surprised that it was at that price point after the meal with how high quality it was.Parking: Lots of parking.“
“One of the most delicious and comforting meals I’ve ever had. Everything was made fresh, including the pasta, and the attention to detail, love and care put into the food showed through every bite. The owner was so accommodating even though we called for a last minute reservation and was so welcoming from the second we walked into the door. You can tell this is his life’s passion and he truly wants to share the food from his region of Italy with everyone who walks through the doors. It was a fantastic meal and experience, and we will be back. Without question, the best Italian spot in the area.“
“I met some college friends for dinner and would highly recommend Fusillys. Every bite was perfect, from the salad to the appetizer to the entrees. The service was fast and friendly. Veronica took very good care and invited us to hang and chat after dinner. Wonderful atmosphere and amazing food!“
“Our second dinner to Tiramasu was beyond expectations. Best Italian in Bradenton and offers the ala Parmigiana Cheese wheel pasta (pictured) prepared at your table. . Service was top-notch. Cozy setting where you can actually hear your table conversation. Veal Valdestano (pictured) was tender, flavorful, and delicious the next day. Wine pours are generous. Highly recommend!!!“
“First time diner here. Great food, great mix of flavors, and well prepared with large portions. Probably the best Trout Almandine I have ever had. It's may not be as well known as its next door neighbor, but the food and service to us are better at 481 Gourmet. Give it a try.“
“This has been one of the best pizza spots. We have found since moving to tampa! Everything about this pizza was right! The cheese the crust the cook the sauce everything was delicious. Angel took great care of us and when we were in town next, for more baseball, this will be our go to spot.“
“I recently visited Eleni's Pizza Works and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my dining experience. I ordered the classic gyro platter with a Caesar salad on the side. What I really appreciated was the fact that I could choose any salad of my choice to go with my platter, which gave me the freedom to customize my meal to my liking. The gyro platter itself was fantastic - the meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the pita bread was fresh and warm. The Caesar salad was also delicious, with a tangy dressing and plenty of crunchy croutons. Aside from the food, I also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The décor was modern and sleek, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Overall, I would highly recommend Eleni's Pizza Works to anyone looking for delicious food and a great dining experience. Whether you're in the mood for pizza, pasta, or something a little more adventurous like the gyro platter, you won't be disappointed. And with such a pleasant atmosphere, it's the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or a romantic night out.“
“This was our first experience at Amore and we truly enjoyed our evening--the food, the service, the atmosphere and the music by pianist Eddie Tobin. My husband and I shared and enjoyed our first Portuguese specialty (Cataplana Alantejana) which consisted of marinated pork tenderloin with clams, potato and red pepper broth. We also enjoyed a delicious dessert, a cake with lemoncello, and a bottle of Albarino wine. But though the restaurant was full and there was music, it was not noisy like so many restaurants and there was a charm that only happens in a family owned and operated restaurant. Kudos to the owners and staff who meet every request with a smile.Parking: It's a shopping center and at night there is plenty of parking.“
“Went to Bavaro’s tonight for dinner and can’t say enough good things. The ambiance, the service was top notch, the chairs so comfortable and the food was absolutely delicious. Our server Steven (I hope that was his name) was beyond professional and I couldn’t ask for better. Prices are fair and the wine list is inviting. We started with the fire grilled broccolini which was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Had a lovely super Tuscan with my penne with vodka sauce and shrimp. You could literally taste every delicious layer of flavor in this sauce. My boyfriend had the wild grilled salmon and we split the roasted broccolini for an appetizer. Completed with two home made delicious cannoli’s to go. The salmon but it was cooked perfectly and a huge piece of salmon (like 8oz) Will definitely be back and absolutely encourage anyone looking for real authentic Italian to check it out.“
“Found through Google. It is everything I expected and more... The food (no condiments needed), the music and the vibe was amazing. My complements to the chef... Thank you for what you do... My Dad and I really enjoyed our lunch experience. Will definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp straight to the front door.“
“Our table of 8 had a wonderful dinner. The food was fresh, cooked to perfection and delivered on time. Both the warm toasty crusty bread and salads were crisp and plentiful. Additional servings of the delicious bread were brought to the table without delay. The spaghetti with pistachio pesto shrimp sauce was perfectly al dente and light. The veal parm was the best my wife had in a very long time. The gnocchi in a red sauce, one of the specials of the night, was perfectly cooked and delicious. A large portion of pappardella with bolognese sauce was excellent and worth bringing home . The wait staff was friendly, and attentive without being obtrusive. This was a great find for us, one of only a few that accepted reservations and is definitely worth a trip back.Jim S“
“We were in town for a professional youth soccer tournament. The week was chaotic but Carrabba’s helped us with all of our catering needs. Carletta and Gabby were amazing and easy to work with. Both were super helpful and accommodating. All the boys loved the food and the fresh baked cookies. Overall a fantastic experience and super reliable!“
“As a person with celiac disease I was excited to read that Andrea's offered numerous gluten-free options for dinner. Our server was able to recite all GF entrees and starters from memory, as there is not a separate menu or GF designation listed. The buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes with pesto was amazing, as was the short rib entree. Our server brought our a regular bread basket for the other folks in our party, and surprised me with my own basket of GF olive bread. I was so excited to be able to enjoy bread safely, and it really is THE BEST gluten free bread (and meal) in town.“
“What a gem of a place! Delicious creative Sicilian menu, not your standard spaghetti-and-meatballs fare. We had a cheesy roasted onion, timbale, beef ribs, nice bottle of wine recommended by our server, and chocolate pate and semi-fredo cannoli. All fantastic! Chef has seen Big Night "thousands of times" and his use of ingredients and care mimics that chef. Lovely evening we will long remember! Grazie!“
“Not that impressed with the food. Caesar salad was good. Happy hour drink specials are a great deal. Pork dish was good...mashed potatoes were great. Short rib risotto was not great. Risotto was watery and not very flavorful. Short rib was also not that good. And a little parsley goes a long way. My risotto was green...full of parsley. Service was outstanding and I really like the vibe there. Will give it another shot...maybe it was just an off night.“
“Visited on a mid April Saturday night. They don’t take reservations, so you go first come first serve. We waited an hour and a half for a table. The bar is cramped and it was filled with people eating their meals at the bar since they didn’t want to wait for a table. The bartenders work slow. It took us 20 minutes to get a drink, then had to leave the cramped bar.The food was great. The presentation was very nice. Our server must have been having a bad night. She wasn’t very personable or friendly. Sort of a Joe Friday type of personality. Just the facts ma’am.Next time, we will put our name in and go for a walk across the street to take in the view of the bay. It’s really nice.Overall the food will bring us back. We will come back in the off season when maybe it’s not so packed.“
“My husband found this place for us while we were vacationing in Sarasota. The food was incredible. My in laws got the lasagne, my husband got the Ragu, and I got the risotto special that had prosciutto and burrata. This was easily the best meal we had while in Sarasota. The service was great, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We were so full we couldn’t finish our meal, and we sadly did not have a microwave at our hotel! Thank you for a great experience and even better food!“
“Sardinia deserves a 4.75 and maybe higher. Food is delicious and service exceptional too. A bit loud due to the room size and table placements, but that's required to run a business in SRQ. The Sardinian Bread is exceptional. All pastas are homemade...and wonderful as well. We had a delicious dinner and look forward to returning.“
“We ordered take out on our way back home from the beach and we were not disappointed ! We had the new york style pepperoni pizza and it was amazing . Best pizza I've had in a long time. We would without a doubt order again if we are ever back in the area.“
“I made reservations at the much further away Flavio’s on Siesta Key for a table of 11, such a silly mistake, I suggest you don’t do that-it’s stressful! Anyway, the staff at Flavios on Main quickly set us up and welcomed us. The service and food was impeccable! I was so impressed with how well they took care of us all. A huge thank you to the staff at Flavios on Main for the quick pivot. Menu was great, everyone was more than satisfied. They’re the best! ❤️“
“D’Corato Ristorante is absolutely the best Italian place ever and is a hidden gem! From the warm atmosphere to the superior service, this place knocks it out of the park. Every meal I have had there has been amazing! The precious family who owns this restaurant goes above and beyond every time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“The food was amazing, great price, came out super fast, HUGE portions, taste amazing, and our server was so damn sweet. The perfect little dinner-like spot to stop in and get your grub on. They have a pretty large menu too so there’s a little bit of everything for everyone.“
“They Have a wonderful gluten free appetizer selection! Really most of their gf food is just awesome!! Was there a cpl weeks ago & brought it home, & it was the best food we have had from there in like forever! I just love this place! Been going here since 2007 I want to say.“
“An exquisite experience - top notch food, service and intimate atmosphere. Thank you to Joshua & Marcello for making a solo diner feel very welcome at the best seat in the house - getting to watch the chef work his magic! Can’t wait to come back.“
“My cousin and I went out for lunch this afternoon after working all day. She'd been going here since she was a kid and introduced Fav's to me today. We both kept it simple - I got the Bruschetta Appetizer, and Sauteed Ravioli (which were to die for), enough that I ordered a take out portion for later. Out of all of the places I have been in my life, the quality, taste and freshness surpasses many other "Italia" restaurants, knocks it right out of the park. My cousin got a Caesar salad and a pepperoni pizza (ate two slices but took it home with us to share with the others, lol) The staff is really nice, atmosphere is clean and looks great all around, and food, again, was amazing. I will definitely be back“
“We love going for the lunch special during the week, pizza or sandwich and soup or salad. Plus the Mediterranean sandwich is vegetarian and so delicious!Vegetarian options: Food is always good, pizza is a mustParking: Depends on time and season, but not a lot of street parking nearby, no parking lot“
“The service and food was delicious! We came here for a bachelorette weekend, made an easy reservation on open table. We were seated immediately, ordered cocktails and calamari to start! The bread and oil that is complimentary is delicious. We ordered the salmon entrees, lobster linguini, and the clam linguini dish! They even threw in a special tiramisu for our bride and it was to die for!! The environment is cozy too! Our waiter was from Hungary and very attentive! One of the only restaurants on the island that takes reservations, something to think about if you have a big party!“
“Ciao! This restaurant has a good service. The staff were polite and helpful. Food was nice but missed nonna's flavors. Serving size was not on par for price (as a tourist). Pizza was okay but i did not enjoy the thinner texture with a smaller amount of cheese. After having, other, italian restaurants from California to Sicily, i am picky! Tables are nice, but conversation at adjacent tables are bothersome.“
“I'm from Ohio. My uncle, when he lived in Florida, loved this restaurant. He would take me there. Even though he has passed when I'm in Florida, I stop in for memories and the best tasting Ruben Sandwich that I've ever tasted. Service is always great also.“
“I would definitely get pizza from here again. We had the garlic knots, meatlovers pizza, and BBQ pizza. My family raved about the crust. The pizza is definitely hearty and filling. Service was quick even with how busy they were. The atmosphere is your classic italian pizza place. There were also some tables outside, so we decided to sit outside since it was nice out. This is a place you go to for the food and service - so staying there isn't a must. I would probably pick-up and go next time we order from here.“
“My husband I go every so often and I sometimes get lunch take-out. Inside is nice and clean, but unless you get a booth tables are close together or in an awkward spot. Bar area is nice plenty room to sit and eat. I love the Philly deluxe, and I usually get chicken. Chicago style hot dogs are so tasty. The majority of our servers have always been friendly and efficient. I do wish they would publish lunch specials online instead of just table tents when you dine in because I would probably order from them more for lunch. Deep dish is pretty good as well.Parking: located in a plaza“
“Pizza was fantastic. We stopped in after a long day in the sun and too tired to wait for a sit down meal, but hungry enough that we needed to eat asap. We could order pizza by the slice & were able to customize each slice. The white pizza was outstanding. We also got slices of cheese & pepperoni pizza which were equally delicious. Service was fast and they were exceptionally friendly. It's a surprisingly delicious dinner! Bravo!“
“I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Javier at a gas station. When I saw there shirts that said Veronas, I asked a few questions and they informed me they worked there and raved about the food. Sure enough they were right. I took a ride to try it for the first time this evening. I ordered the mussels in red sauce appetizer, eggplant Parmesan, and a margarita pizza. The food was absolutely wonderful. The service is outstanding from Grace the waitress, Chris and Javier in the back and John the owner. I will be back over and over. The food is great, the service is outstanding, and they made me feel at home. Thank you guys great job.“
“I was part of a larger group who had a private party on the top floor and ordered the garlic shrimp and bruschetta. Ingredients were fresh and both dishes were delicious. The bread was toasted just right so it’s crunchy but not burnt. Our server was Lisa who was outstanding. She also gave me a few places to check out in St Pete where I was staying.Amazing food and service, wish more places were like these. Keep it up!!“
“First time at this restaurant, because the locals were saying it was really good. It was not only good it was wonderful! Everything was served and at a perfect relaxed pace by our waiter Alan. From the crusty Italian bread with marinara dipping sauce …whetting our appetites with a Tomato Al Caprese..through the family-style salad and …into the main entrees of Chicken Marsala and Veal Cannelloni, and topped off with a Limoncello cake and Cannolis, everything was mouthwatering and delicious! Each item was enhanced by a robust bottle of Pino Noir❤️ We will definitely be back as there’s so many more items on the menu that we want to try!“
