Our daughter Penelope is a picky eater, but she was hooked after one bite of the rice and beans. We also ordered the nachos, and they were to die for. We even brought some home for my husband, and he swore there was no way it wasn’t meat! What really made the experience unforgettable were the owners, Aria and Josh. We sat near their booth for a bit before ordering and got to witness how they interacted with everyone — so much kindness, warmth, and genuine passion. Honestly, I love the pitaya bowls even more than the açai, both are fantastic, but I wish they offered pitaya as a regular option. “Uh yeah these are Absofruitley some of the best açaí bowls I’ve had. We go very frequently and the service is friendly, fast and fresh! The outdoor seating area is cool too and they offer lids to take home in case the bowl is leftover. The portions are big!“

“Aaron and Sue at this location are AMAZING. I work across the street and my boss and I split the soup and salad meal a few times a week. We look forward to it every day each time that I walk in there those two specifically have been so incredibly kind, accommodating, and fun to interact with I’ve been a server for multiple years, and people like that truly make Your experience. If there was an option for 100 stars, I would’ve selected that or both of those amazing team members. Service like that deserves to be recognized and I have no Following up until that happens!

“If you’re anywhere near the pier, run — don’t walk — to Anglers Beachside Grill. My son and I stopped in and had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and the service… top-tier.

A huge shoutout to Salvador and Jodi, who absolutely went above and beyond for us. They made us feel like family from the moment we sat down. We bonded instantly over football trash talk — I’m an Ohio State fan, while Salvador proudly represents that team up north (and yet, we still got along 🤣). Their personalities, attention to detail, and genuine kindness were the highlight of our visit.

As for the food — wow. My son ordered a burger that he said was the best he’s ever had, served with french fries that were golden, crisp, and perfect. I ordered the chicken breasts with Cajun cream sauce, succotash, and hush puppies that deserve their own moment of appreciation. Easily the best hush puppies I have ever had in my life. Light, crispy, flavorful — I could have taken home a bucket.

The restaurant sits right on the pier, with a relaxed, beachy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Between the incredible service, amazing food, and unbeatable location, this place is an absolute win.

“The food is excellent. We have eaten several different items on the menu and never had a bad meal. The is a variety of choices, something for everyone. Seafood, steak, pasta, salads, and more. The service is also excellent. Very professional and friendly. You will never be thirsty; they are constantly refilling the water glasses. They have an extensive wine list. Desserts are amazing. Be sure to save room or get one to go.“
