“We were there with a group for a Christmas dinner celebration. The staff was friendly, accommodating, professional, and showed a fun personality. The food was absolutely outstanding. Even the turkey, which can be drier than dust, just melted in my mouth. The roast beef was the perfect temperature/doneness and was delicious. “5+ stars to the City Fire restaurant and the amazing HOPE for a fantastic experience and great food. Our 14 year old Akita Wishy was warmly greeted and invited to join us at one of the outdoor patio tables. Hope was SO great with Wishy -- lots of water refills -- and finding out Hope loves dogs and that City Fire is so dog friendly just made our visit that much better. Oh and the French Dip and Burger we ordered were great -- and the Bourbon Sour -- perfect! We'll bring Wishy back for more fun soon -- and we'll be requesting one of Hope's tables for sure!“

“Twice there has been an issue with my order but the manager on duty Eli, was very polite as he corrected my order. This place is busy! Expect a wait to order even though staff is moving efficiently. If there is a problem, Eli will fix it. But should he be the only manager on duty?
The food is great! the staff is young and inexperience shows. If I were Culver's, I would provide more supervision but I still recommend this place for families, friends or solo dining.“

I had the hot Italian sub and enjoyed it quite a bit. Wife had the turkey club and it was good. Colleen was our bartender and she was awesome. So much better and friendlier than people in the past. Glad they got their staffing sorted and things are back on track.“

“A nice weekend dinner Saturday Prime Rib special was tasty. Nice selection of side option. Salads, Pastas,Fish, Burgers, Steak. Small yet satisfying menu with options for all. Nice drink menu ( try the brown sugar old fashion). The Bourbon Pecan Pie is amazing. Beautiful grounds surround restaurant. Reservations accepted. Our server Meghan was amazing. Also enjoyed lady at front desk nice greeting a smile as we came I and as we were leaving. Error in food was not that bad. A+ on the spinach crab dip loved it so much. We got some to go to have tomorrow at home. One in our group said the chicken sandwich is smaller than what she’s had there in the past but still was delicious. Shrimp was good after we got our original order the guest said delicious in fact. Muffalatta sandwich bun was cold. The inside of the sandwich was so cold. It was cold in the middle. with thin thin slice of ice in the middle of the sandwich coming from Louisiana that one disappointed Me. It had all of the right taste in the sandwich.“

“Wolfgang Puck Brownwood was excellent. We have been many times and the food is consistently very good! We have had the grouper, halibut and pasta amongst many other dishes. Last night we had the special Mac n cheese which was amazing! We also had Alejandro for a waiter last night and he was by far the best server we have ever had!! The way he described the food made you want to try something you've never had. Also, his personality was amazing!! He enhanced the entire dining experience. definitely try to get Alejandro as your server if you go there!!“

The manager made sure we were taken care of. GM and manager made our experience great. I happily give a 5 star review because a bad employee doesn't make a bad place, however, Dennis needs some work.“
