“This was my second time trying ramen, and it was delicious! I had the Tonkotsu Ramen Black, without the hot sauce and it was amazing. Perfect ratio of broth to toppings. We had a variety of appetizers to start: pork gyoza, spicy shrimp tempura, edamame, and curry rice croquettes. Sorry no photos, they were too delicious to stop for a photo. They disappeared quite quickly. Yum! Arianna was super knowledgeable and friendly and guided these newbies through the Ramen choices.“

Each stop provided a unique selection of snacks and meals that catered to a wide range of tastes and preferences. There were numerous protein snack options available, from fresh, wholesome bites to more indulgent treats, which made traveling much more enjoyable and convenient.

The menus themselves were impressively diverse. Whether I was looking for something light and refreshing or a hearty meal to keep me going on long drives, there were always plenty of choices. Each dish seemed to be crafted with care, using tasty and fresh ingredients that stood out in every bite. “We LOVE Teapioca and have been loyal customers since soft opening. Everything we’ve ever had here is delicious. We love the light fluffy snowyn, but their teas are downright craveable. Each month there is a new featured drink, and some have become lasting favorites... My kiddo loves April’s drink (butterfly pea tea with lavender), Thai Tea and Taro Tea are always solid go tos, Peachy Lemon Liz is so herby and refreshing… Also hooked on Raspberry Black Cream Blastea. You just can’t go wrong. Everyone who works at Teapioca is friendly and helpful. We’re so fortunate to have this amazing local business so close to home. It doesn’t matter what day you come in; you’ll always be met by someone warm, welcoming, and ready to explain anything you’d like to know about their WIDE variety of menu items. If you’re not a kava or kratom person, this cafe offers a coffee and tea menu that’s highly customizable. Whatever you’re looking for- something sweet, something strong, something refreshing- the kavatenders (their “bartenders”) will always know how to make it happen. Even when my drink doesn’t taste right the first time (which rarely happens), the staff is beyond happy to add or substitute anything so that it’s just what I want. A literal 2-minute drive from UCF (and right between two major UCF apartments), this is an amazing study spot. Plenty of outlets and a variety of seating, plus free WiFi (after ordering). Plenty of students, professionals, and hobbyists work here, so it’s a productive environment. If you’re looking for a more social atmosphere, they also host social events all throughout the month, from trivia and AYCD kava nights to karaoke and even nature hikes! If I could rate The Muddy Root on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them an 11. A definite must-try!“

“My go-to spot whenever I’m craving a fresh, healthy meal is Just Salad. The Buffalo Chicken Salad is my favorite—packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and always satisfying. “This is the best boba shop around and it isn’t even close. The drinks are simply fantastic, you can taste so many flavors in each simple sip. I always get the brown sugar milk latte and it is sooooooo so so so so good! The food here is also on another level. I got the spring rolls, sweet bread rolls and pork dumplings and they were all delicious. Each bite of food, and you get so many flavors hitting you at once it’s incredible. However the best part here might just be the service. We went here late on time, and we ordered two Brown Sugar boba, they could make one but they didn’t have enough to make another. However we really wanted it so we asked if we could come back tomorrow and get one. The lady with colorful hair that helped us was very nice and we come back the next day and she made us that promised drink. “We had the Bulgogi (Grilled Beef with special sauce) and the Dwe Ji Bulgogi (Grilled Pork with special sauce). They come with four small dishes put in the middle to build your own special food. It was absolutely delicious. To me it was eight different meals; the pork with each of the four elements eaten separately and then again with the beef. We had the Mul Man Doo (boiled beef & vegetable dumplings) as an appetizer and that was awesome. We are definitely going back. We are recommending this place to our families.“

Around 7:15pm on a Monday, we walked in the food court, they offered us bourbon chicken and orange chicken samples, both were super flavourful! (Think that classic bourbon chicken from your favorite mall growing up... straight up nostalgia)

Without hesitation, we ordered... 2x two meat plate with two sides. Both meals with bourbon chicken and orange chicken. They proceeded to make our meat options fresh to order from the kitchen (Not something you typically expect from a food court)! We loved it!

The food was just as tasty as the samples, super reasonably priced, and containers packed full!

“Omg!! This place provided me so much more than good food. The cafe is inside Million Air (I told Will there needs to be a huge “Jet-way Cafe” sign outside) where they charter private planes. There was free coffee and a “secret” lounge where I was able to kill more than 3 hours. It’s secret (shh) ?.Will, the cafe owner, was lovely & other staff in Million Air was lovely.. I was so especially surprised by the bruschetta and strawberry cheesecake. Both SO good! My favorite drink was the dragon fruit margarita. But for some reason the girl put in order as the junior. Prices have sure gone up since I have been but it was still one of the best burgers I have had in forever.
