We first met Jose and his team at a tasting event he was hosting at Zymarium Meadery (Orlando), and it was there that we saw he was a master at his craft, professional, and the perfect choice for our wedding. Throughout the planning experience Jose was flexible and dedicated to providing a seamless experience. When the day came you could tell that the C2 team was honored to be part of our wedding and took every detail seriously, from our table settings, plating, to execution of service, all was perfect. We received many compliments on the food-Bistro steak was DELICIOUS and the Au Gratin Potatoes were well loved, even our Seasonal Salad was highly enjoyed!
