“I have family in Gulf Breeze and I make it a point to visit Gulf Breeze's Jersey Mikes every time I visit. Let me state emphatically - the subs are great, but it really is the lady named Austin, the lady behind the counter - who is ALWAYS great! to customers, friendly, welcoming (the line is not stressed) - and, I notice, always mentoring her teammates and new staff. 100% the way things should be.“

“Get what's on sale, or whatever they're offering they're sale for the day or for the week or however they do it, you can really come out on top I mean what else can you go get a half a sandwich and chips, and it be six bucks and be able to have it brought to you and eat, versus you've got to buy the bread by all the stuff individually and then you got to make it yourself and then when after you eat you got to clean up after yourself, it's definitely worth six bucks to not have that stuff“

“My family and I regularly visit “Hub’s” and typically service and food are fine. But this recent time 3/2/25, it just seems like things are going downhill, which is unfortunate. We actually ended up leaving without eating. I asked the first server if there was a drink/cocktail menu to which we were told no but they have a fully stocked bar. Okay then..server number two comes up and I asked the same thing, and surprise surprise, there was one on the napkin holder. So, we order our drinks and they never came back. Now, there was a larger party that came in AFTER us and they paid attention to them, took their order and even the table behind us (we were there before half that table showed up too). After waiting and watching everyone else get service except for us, I had to go get someone just so we could pay for our drinks and leave. I understand if you’re possibly understaffed but my family was there before the party AND the table behind us got food even before we were even given an opportunity to order. Ended up walking to Juan’s up the street and it was incredible. Thanks for the poor service since we ended up with a business that wanted all the guests and a fantastic server who was able to make sure all of her tables felt welcome.“
