“The food is usually good, but pickup orders are consistently frustrating. Even when the app says the order is ready, it usually still takes an extra 10 minutes or more, and I often end up waiting 30–35 minutes total. It seems like in-store customers are always helped before pickup orders, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Plenty of parking“

“Last week I went to Charleys and noticed significant improvements since my last visits. The service time was much shorter than usual, fries were perfectly cooked, and food was neatly placed into the container instead of plopped into it messily. I went back again later that week and had the same experience. I hope the pattern continues.“

“I showed up around 5pm to see the sole employee, Ronnie, working on a big mobile order. He greeted me with a smile and was happy to help me after finishing his mobile order.
Very kind and an artist of subs when it comes to the toppings being placed; all without sacrificing speed to make the subs presentable.
I'll definitely be coming back for more great service!“
