“I ordered a salad through my app for pickup today and a friend picked it up. On my order, I addressed an issue that I have had in the past and when my friend picked up the order, they asked for me to personally address the issue. Now that is customer service even though the issue was not with the ladies who made my order today. The salad I ordered today was made perfectly! It had so much flavor that I did not even have to use dressing on it. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. I tried to call to thank these ladies, but I believe they are having phone issues. So a huge Thank You for the amazing customer service and great lunch ?“
