“I ordered a salad through my app for pickup today and a friend picked it up. On my order, I addressed an issue that I have had in the past and when my friend picked up the order, they asked for me to personally address the issue. Now that is customer service even though the issue was not with the ladies who made my order today. The salad I ordered today was made perfectly! It had so much flavor that I did not even have to use dressing on it. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. I tried to call to thank these ladies, but I believe they are having phone issues. “I recently ordered two Hook & Ladder subs from Firehouse Subs in Winter Haven using their online ordering system, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. “It was pretty busy when we were in on a Saturday night, but the ONE employee working (I think his name was Josh) handled it like a champ. But one person working on a Saturday? Are you kidding? SHAME on the manager of this place for scheduling one employee to work a weekend evening shift. You should know better.Food was good, it’s Subway, it’s consistent.“
