“Came on holiday from england to north beach solo , this place was close to where I was staying and it is like my second home and family , from the moment I walked in the door I was made welcome by the owner lukas , the bartender tatiana and every local in there, spent almost every night in here made alot of friends and met alot of interesting characters, beer is cheap I was drinking modelo at $6 a bottle and shots of spirits about $9 . I can't recommend this place enough for a true local experience of north beach , karaoke, live music ,painting and other activities happen here on certain nights , this place will hold a special place in my heart ❤️ .“

“The only problem with Roundtable is the dj. He or they pay music extremely loud for such a small place. He needs to turn down the music at least tow notches doen.
This would make it more pleasant, waitress can hear custobetter, the guests can speak to each other and not have to be repeating themselves 3, 4 times to be head! The bar is small enough to accommodate guests for enjoyment. The music tho. This needs to be addressed. I'm not the first guest to mention this. I'm here 3, 4 times a week. I recently visited CT Cantina at Dania Pointe and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun—the vibe and music on Friday night were energetic (a bit loud, but part of the lively ambiance). Service was spot-on: fast, attentive, and our drinks were refilled promptly without having to ask.

What stood out:

The salsa game is strong—super flavorful and authentic. The only downside: the bright red overhead lights made it impossible to distinguish which salsa was which, since they all looked red.

Fresh chips and multiple dips were a treat—though I found them slightly oily, they still had great crunch and taste.

Tacos were solid but had some quirks: the flour tortillas were surprisingly thick, and they shrunk in size compared to past visits. The chicken felt a touch too salty and a bit dry. Still, flavors were enjoyable overall.

On the downside, there was no dessert station anymore—apparently your favorite dessert has been removed. That was a bummer, especially since you used to love it.

Summary:
CT Cantina & Taqueria delivers great ambiance, helpful staff, fast service, and excellent salsas and chips. While the tortilla texture and smaller portions with slightly salty chicken dragged the experience down a bit—and losing the dessert option was disappointing—it’s still worth a visit. Hoping they bring back that dessert station soon!

We recently moved out of the Pembroke Pines area to Davie, and of course, decided to drop in to the one just off of University Drive and I-595. Since the move, we've been there at least three or four times. They have consistently served the best rack of baby-back ribs in their entire collection of restaurants. You want the best ribs? Go to THIS Flanigan's restaurant and experience the best ribs anywhere. The meal deal is awesome with the garlic bread, (also the best!), and the Caesar's salad, and a side for most meals.
