“Food? Immaculate. Service? Fast. But let’s talk about the elephant in the drive-thru… I said “thank you” and didn’t get a “my pleasure.” Instead, I got a “no problem.” NO PROBLEM?? Ma’am… this is Chick-fil-A, not a gas station hot dog stand. I almost handed the nuggets back out of sheer confusion. Still giving 5 stars because the fries baptized my soul, but I’m watching y’all closely now.“
“This isn’t like your typical Chick-fil-A. This one is different, it’s cute, beautifully decorated, and well designed. But also, the chicken here is somehow way better… Simply phenomenal. The cashier who took my order this past Thursday (07/31/2025) around 9:20 PM was so sweet and had excellent customer service.“
