“Whoa! I want to start by praising my server, Clarissa, for providing the greatest service. It was incredibly tasty in every bite and sip. A true reproduction of Peruvian cuisine, really. Everything was perfect, including the food, service, and menu. I had a typical pisco sour and cebiche a la brasa; if you enjoy cebiche, I heartily recommend it! I'm going to return and tell everyone I know about Manta. Fish tanks, beautiful design, and good music. Bravo to the wonderful personnel and chef!“

“Really great food and atmosphere. But the server was not very good. She was not attentive, and even though it was Saturday night, the place wasn’t overly busy. She came to the table about 3 times in the whole visit where she did not come back once we ordered our food and only came back once she saw my husband was sitting at the table still waiting for the check.“

I wasn't sure what I wanted and had I the good fortune to meet Jackson, the manager there, who spent the time to review meals based on what I told him I liked. He suggested the Chilean Sea Bass with the Imperial topping. It was delicious. My server/bartender (I ate at the bar) Isaiah was attentive and very friendly. I have had many good meals at Bonefish but this was the best I've ever had. I recommend you try it. Great food and service What more can you ask for from a restaurant.“
