“We ordered delivery to our hotel just based off finding them on Google. Honestly some of the best Chinese food we've had in a LONG time. General Tso chicken, Shrimp in Garlic sauce both very good. The egg drop and wonton soups also very flavorful, as was the pork fried rice. Their own in-house delivery was quick and efficient, and our food was still too hot to eat when it arrived.

“I'm originally from Brooklyn New York. This place reminds me of the quality Chinese food from New York and the Bronx. This is exclusively a takeout place. You can certainly pay in cash, which is what I did, but they do take cards as well. I went there for the first time on July 15th and had the house special fried rice. It was absolutely delicious! By the way, the shrimp were properly cleaned. Some of the more fancy sit down Chinese restaurants don't always even get that right.“

“My husband and I have been ordering take out from Asian House in the walmart neighborhood shopping center on clyde Morris blvd Port Orange since they opened in 2018. We have tried most of the Chinese ,Tai restaurants in the daytona beach areas, some of which are very good and some are not as much. The Asian House in Port Orange is the best which makes it our favorite! The staff is friendly and professional and the chefs are phenomenal !. Try it for yourself!“

You can tell that everything here is freshly made in store! Not just by the appearance, but by the flavor as well. Just look at the pictures of my meal for proof!

Let’s start with the dumplings. Dumplings are supposed to have a thick dough layer around a solid meat filling. That’s exactly what this is! Every other place I’ve tried from New York all the way down to Miami and everywhere in between uses potstickers, which are purchased, frozen and have a very thin pie shell. This store makes their own and it shows.

Let’s go to the beef and mixed vegetable. Most of the time when I order this dish, the beef is somewhat tough and the vegetables are just as tough. But here at this China, one, the beef tasted as though it was tenderize and marinated! It like fell apart in my mouth along with the vegetables. Absolutely perfectly done.
It came with fried rice that was very good and it also came with an egg roll. That was probably the best eggroll I’ve ever had. When I spoke to the owner she said she makes her own eggrolls, and I have no reason to doubt it!

Lastly, but certainly not least the vegetable lo mein was amazing! Actual chunks loaded with vegetables! Again a perfectly done dish

I have found the best Chinese takeout restaurant on the East Coast of the United States! I can’t recommend them enough! I will be eating more Chinese food from now on“

“We just had food delivered from Hot Wok. I was very happy when tasted the food! The bourbon chicken was the best I’ve ever had. It was actually too good. We couldn’t stop eating it and now we are all sitting on the couch complaining about how full we are 😂. All of the rest of the food was delicious as well. We had been ordering from Red Bowl, but this is better and more reasonable.

“We order from here often and it’s always delicious. The order is always correct and we like to get a bunch of entrees/meals when we have a large group and eat buffet style, so everyone can get a variety of food. It’s walk up or drive thru only.“

“Order Chow Mein for lunch through Door Dash and got soupy chicken and vegetables over rice. Wife called the restaurant to get the order corrected and she was told that Chow Mein is vegetables over rice. I guess Red Bowl doesn’t understand Chinese because “Mein” clearly means noodles. Likely an order for another customer than cancelled so they decided to dump it on us. Probably worth mentioning my wife is Chinese and her blood pressure shot up when told over the phone that it was rice not noodles.“

The gentlemen working the counter was polite and helpful and my food took exactly how long they thought they would except that they forgot my wonton soup. “We live in Ormond Beach and have been driving past any Daytona Beach Chinese buffets to Joy Luck in Port Orange since they opened. The selection of food, fruits, desserts and more are simply well prepared and delicious. They keep the establishment very clean and staff are friendly and attentive. Always a treat when they have octopus salad or the baby octopus entrees. We take our 95 year old friend there as she considers it the best lunch outing place in the area as she loves their clams, mussels, shrimp, hot tea and so much more. .“
