I am not a chicken salad enthusiast but this chicken salad was great! I tried the Fancy Nancy scoops, I would highly recommend. Staff was amazing and very attentive, our food came out super quick. We came in right around close, 7:40ish tonight and service was great.“

“Nelly's Deli is incredible! I ordered one hot dog, and the sweet lady working there surprised me with a second one. They even left a handwritten note on the bag that said, 'Made two hot dogs on accident. So, happy Friday.' Both hot dogs were incredibly delicious. It's the little things and great service like this that make a customer's whole weekend. Thank you so much!

“It's located in an area of town that is high in crime. A lot of wanderer's.

Most times I stop in here service is however I want it. Except the last visit. I was told I couldn't add anymore condiments because he wouldn't be able to close it.

I don't believe that is for him to decide. The customer wants things even if it's extra it should be given.“

“Always a good experience at this firehouse subs. The food is always hot and fresh . We’ve never had an issue with an order once from this location and the employees are always very friendly. This firehouse is one of the cleaner ones I’ve seen. And their mac & cheese that they just added to the menu is my absolute favorite I will stop there just for that on the way home“

“This store's manager is a great guy and an asset to the company. I ordered on the Subway app and went to pick it up but he said that my order didn't show up in their system. I showed him on my credit card app that I was charged for it. The manager went ahead and made my order at no additional charge. He was a great listener and really cared about my issue. This is rare and appreciated.“

“I ordered four sandwiches through the app on July 4th. The ordering process required very little human interaction, which I personally appreciate. The brief interaction I did have with staff was pleasant and respectful, and I felt welcomed as a customer.

My only issue was with the app. After placing my order, I never received a notification that it was ready. I arrived at the store about 45 minutes later and found that my order had already been sitting on the pickup shelf. The app did not update to show the order as ready until approximately five hours later, shortly before the store closed.

Because the food and in-store experience were positive, I'm only deducting one star. The delayed order notification was inconvenient, whether it was caused by a technical issue or something else. Other than that, the experience was good.“

“I've personally been going to this subway almost daily, 4 to 5 days a week for probably a year now and have not yet had a bad experience . Veronica always takes care of my orders. For the first time yesterday (12/15/2025 )I used the restroom and to my surprise it was very very clean. Not sure about the lady's restrooms but its rare to find a public place with clean man's restrooms.. I do see a few negative comments but those are probably from people that worked there for a week or so with attitudes. Keep up the good work 👏“
