“Samantha took good care of us last night. We were exhausted from micro management of our one story home after the two hurricanes. I was thrilled to find the Freckled fin was open! I had a delicious salad of mixed greens with grilled chicken 🍗 on top. My husband had quesadillas. We both enjoyed our drinks. Service was excellent. Do not miss this hidden Gem behind the shopping center in Holmes Beach!! They have made a quick recovery after the hurricanes! The Irish beach theme is entertaining! Their live entertainment is always great!!

The people running the restaurant are so friendly and fun to talk to! Very personable. They are always taking the time to check on their guests, have conversations, and are just very involved in the dining experience. I also appreciate the attentiveness to the dining area and the cleanliness. If you haven’t experienced Los Chiludos yet - just go! You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back!“

It was our first time in since all the storm damage and the place looks even more beautiful than it did before!“

We ordered fried oysters, French fries, and cheese grits, and everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside yet tender and flavorful inside. The cheese grits were just the way I like them—nice and thick—and the fries were a great complement to the meal. Even better, our food arrived quickly and fresh. But what really made our visit stand out was the exceptional service from the bartenders. The flatbread was good and the tenderloin board was amazing. We had sweet tea to drink which turned out to be a sweetened light green tea. Very tasty and refreshing. We enjoyed that surprise.“

" Hi how long for 2 people"? an hour to an hour and a half out of season.... no "I'm sorry, the wait is over an hour" nope you get "Fair enough" when you say you don't want to wait that long. no reservations yet some dude with a party of 4 just walked right in and was seated.... over rated is an understatement. “This is THE SPOT. Wow! Their famous Chicken and biscuit was so delicious, juicy and flavorful. Home fries….yes! Kids had Mickey Mouse pancakes and yes, I snuck a few bites. Also one of the few places with a good coffee menu…thank goodness! Espresso Freddo (cold) hit the spot on a hot day. Service was 100%.“
