The dough is so tender and flavorful, and clearly truly homemade. The cuban kolache was AMAZING and we wish we had gotten several for the drive home! We also enjoyed the boudin and conecuh kolaches. I had the pleasure of meeting Shelagh and the crew there yesterday (I had previously met Patrick) and they are all extremely friendly and it was very obvious they care about their customers. “Not your typical donut and I am here for it! The dough is almost like a croissant? It’s amazing! There is so many yummy flavors, our favorite is the French toast and Cookies and Cream! We haven’t tried them but they offer keto and gluten free options! We love going here!“
