“The manager connects the dots quietly and makes it work. Taylor warmly welcomes us always. Just lost Earnie to Orlando BFG. We adopted him years back. Vaughn and Adam are like family. We look forward to the staff almost as much as the food. Wife loves the Sea Bass. Be sure to ask for Vaughn or Adam and all will go well.🙂“

“Wow! Being a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised with their bean burger. I thought it was going to be one of those flat frozen ones that other restaurants use. Nope! Hubba hubba, they make their own and it was deliciouso! I had the Mauna Loa without cheese and aioli. I bugged them, I'm sure, asking so many questions, is this vegan, is that vegan. The sweet potato puffs were sweet and crunchy. Just wished they had the avocado fries. Can't wait to go back! My poor friends will be dragged there!“

“Seaside Florida Grill 1550 A1A Satellite Beach, FL 32937 4 Stars I was excited to try Seaside Florida Grill in Satellite Beach, as it has the same owners as Le Crepe De France, which would be a BBDO Top 5- 5-star restaurant if they fixed the service nightmare. I know it sounds hypocritical when I consistently say service doesn't matter, only execution. This place is the exception that proves the rule. However, that does not appear to be the case here. Seaside Florida Grill is humming along on all cylinders. The first thing I noticed was their fantastic drink menu. Gina is our service professional today and she is outstanding in every way. I asked Gina for one plate of Lobster Pasta, an order of Lemon Caper Grouper, some Blue Cheese Mussels and one New York Strip (medium rare). I snapped some pics of the place, and that was when I realized there was zero internet access. There was no usable WiFi at all, and it would seem this building effectively blocks all service. This is not a bad thing. Talk to your tablemate! Gina was soon seen returning with our order, and I set myself to the task at hand. Turn your peepers to the photos, and you will see how delicious everything looks. However, as we all know, looks can be deceiving, so I put my tools of culinary extirpation in my hands and got to work. Every now and then, when I use words or phrases such as “culinary extirpation,” I get some joker on Social Media screaming about the grandiloquence of my diction. I'm not trying to sound pompous; it's just how the words flow sometimes. Returning to the job at hand, I plopped a forkful of the Lobster pasta in my mouth and was immediately wowed by the sauce. The Lobster was tender and cooked to perfection. But, it's the sauce that stole the show here. When reading it on the menu, I was apprehensive as I thought the White Cheddar cheese sauce might overpower the delicacy of the lobster meat. Usually, one sees a dish such as this with a milder cheese such as Provolone or Gruyere. This was not the case as the sauce perfectly complimented the exquisite Lobster meat. Kudos! Moving on to the Lemon Caper Grouper. The fish was fresh, tender, and cooked to flaky perfection, while the sauce was, again, spot on. This is your basic lemon caper butter seafood sauce; there is nothing special in that. It's the execution that sets this apart from other joints. Whoever was the Saucier back there deserves a raise! This sauce had my taste buds looking for a dance partner. This brings me to the second-to-last dish to be reviewed: the Blue Cheese Mussels. These are the same mid-grade New Zealand Mussels found in every joint in the country. This dish isn't about the mussels; it's all about the sauce. Consisting of blue cheese, white wine, shallots, and parsley, this sauce would win awards in any competition anywhere. Hands down. Amazing! Turning to the last item on my plate today, the New York Strip, listed on the menu for a paltry 29 clams, I just had to try it. While it was cooked properly, it tasted as expected. It was choice grade (if that) and not prime. With a higher grade of protein, this place could be Best of Brevard. The execution and sauces are outstanding. The Big Boy says, “Go ahead. Give 'em a try. You won't be disappointed.”“

“We have been so anxious to try out the Brevardian, since Cypress Table closed, and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious!! We expected amazing food, anticipated creative twists to the dishes and still the foods quality and creativeness blew us away. We had the fish dip appetizer, the chips & sour cream starter, the grilled wedge salad, short rib and pork chop meals. Our waitress, Julie (I think) was so great at providing helpful information on the menu and the restaurant, as well as some hilarious jokes. The 90s-2000s alt rock music was awesome…felt like it was our own personal playlist. We ate inside, near the back, and I was really impressed with the thoughtful decor and classiness of the place. The outdoor area was also nice and as we walked through I was surprised it was not hot because of the full shade and breeze coming off the water. Please do yourself a favor and try this amazing restaurant…You will not regret it. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! Some feedback: *Parking was a struggle, at 630 we were one of 3 vehicles making circles around the overflow parking for 5 minutes waiting for someone to leave because there were no open spots (stressful because we had a reservation and arrived right on time, not early). The spots are huge, which is nice, but could be repainted to shrink and accommodate more vehicles *Love the kettle chip starter, reminded me of Cypress table! I just had to tell you guys I think a homemade pickle starter would be amazing and also one that you guys would nail! *The sandy lot to walk through, to get to the hostess in the back, was not great. Not trying to be boujee lol but I do think a walking path, rocks, or something very simple would elevate the experience and guide guests to the back. *Lastly, love love the decor and the comfy, cute antique chairs but the front legs on my chair bent out in front of me, while I was in it eating, and thankfully I was able to hold myself while my husband jumped up to grab me. A separate server noticed right away and immediately removed the chair and replaced it. I am pregnant, but not huge lol so I’d say it’s just a result of vintage decor and maybe a check of the chairs regularly would be good, just for safety reasons. Also, what seemed to be a manager or lead came over very soon after it happened to make sure I was fine.“

“Nice dining experience. Nice bar area. Sara our server was great. There is something on the menu for everyone. We had the Ahi Tuna Pole Nachos, Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and the Mongo Bowl (Mongolian Beef Poke bowl). The serving sizes were generous, very generous and they tasted deliciously incredible! We are house shopping in the area and this will become a fast favorite for sure! Thank you.“
