“Absolutely stunning bakery! Best tasting latte/cappuccinos that we had all week! The croissants were so fresh and flakey! The bagel sandwiches were huge and delicious! Everything that we ordered we absolutely loved! We were visiting and we stopped by with 9 kids in total. My son spilled his uncles coffee all over his uncle. The owner came over and said it was alright and cleaned up the mess without hesitation. The owners also gave my brother in law another coffee and avocado toast free of charge, since his had coffee all over it. He wanted to pay and they said it’s on them. Their gestures speak volumes and how they truly value consumers. Great owners, great bakery!! Can’t wait to be back!!“

“I was excited to see that The Crumb Factory had a new location in Dunedin, as I have visited the popular St Petersburg location many times. It was a joy to walk in to the bright new space and see such a fantastic selection of pastries to choose from. The croissant was perfect with excellent lamination and buttery taste. I wanted one of everything, but I know I’ll be back to try them all in time. A special call out to the kind staff who were patient while I chose and made suggestions.“
