“It was our first time visiting, and we were lucky to be helped by a young man from Puerto Rico who was extremely kind and patient. He took the time to answer all our questions about the menu and made us feel very welcome. The food was good and tasted fresh, which we really appreciated.
However, the rest of the staff seemed rushed to close up for the night and didn’t come across as very friendly. That took away from the overall experience a bit, but we’re still glad we went. Hopefully next time, the atmosphere will feel more relaxed all around.“

“Ya'll this is the best guesthouse/B&B type place on 30a. The location is amazing, the rooms and backyard garden are beautiful - and now they have Raw & Juicy doing the food! If you haven't been to Raw & Juicy check it out for fresh, healthy food options - at Hibiscus or at their other locations. Hibiscus Guesthouse has been a sponsor of our local educational outreach program for almost 10 years, donating time, space, and materials for our volunteers. These are good people. The Longleaf Writers Conference loves Hibiscus Guesthouse!“

“On our bike ride from Seaside to Alys Beach, we fell upon old Florida fish house by accident about halfway. It’s right on 30a as you cross a bridge over in waterway. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is the coolest place. You will feel like you’re in a different place eating outside in there. They were serving a Sunday brunch when we arrived. We saw a bloody Mary bar and we decided to stay. The bloody Mary’s were delicious. We ordered three breakfasts and we enjoyed them all. We had the eggs with a duck fat potatoes, and it was delicious. Our friends had avocado toast with egg and one of them had avocado toast with smoked salmon. They had a pretty accommodating gluten-free options.I can’t even explain what it’s like in there. They even had music playing in the garden.It was such a nice find. We will definitely make it back there. Next time we come to Seaside. \nJust stop in and look.“

“We went here last night 6.19.25 & Paris was our waitress and she went above and beyond. This place was packed from the moment it opened, we were her first night table of 12& she instantly had a bigger table of 15 and she handled both with grace and the most professionalism! We will 100% be back because of the food and Paris! Also, the food was so amazing. Great portion sizes! Outside there is a pool full of alligators that you can look at while you wait!“

“Had the caperse grilled cheese (Wow that rhymes I just realized) and oh my goodness! The balsamic vinegar with the tomato soup AND the tomato soup was incredible! Also, the food comparing to the other food trucks are a bit cheaper which is great for someone who doesn’t want to spend much money here. Anyway, definitely very close to being the best grilled cheese place I ever been to! Try this place!“

“I had brunch yesterday and it was fantastic! Our server, Tyler, made the whole experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu. He recommended the eggs benedict, and it was *chefs kiss*. . I’ll definitely be back for more and will be asking for him next time!“

“Definitely recommend, everything we ate was delicious! My husband had two of the craft beers and he liked them both. I’m not a beer drinker so I had 2 of the cocktails and they were both really good. The “what the fuzz” was a peach drink and so good. And “resting beach face” was also really refreshing and delicious. Our waiter was personable and did a great job.“

“Great place to get something to eat right in Seaside. They have a variety of things to eat besides pizza (when it's 85 degrees out, we weren't feeling like it) and they have nice drinks and beer. There's a happy hour from 3-5 at least on the weekdays that is pretty good.“

“We had the grouper bites for appetizer and they were great. The sea salt butter for the bread was really good. I had the seafood pasta which was fantastic. It was unexpectedly light and the taste was perfect. My wife had the 6oz steak and the flavor and the preparation were excellent. The entire staff and particularly our server were on top of their game. Well done Havana Beach.“

“Bud & Alley's is the best waterfront dining in Seaside and likely all of 30A. The breakfast is particularly excellent, and the staff is attentive and kind. They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! (The rooftop bar for sunset can't be missed.)“

“This past weekend shaka hosted my baby shower outside on their gorgeous patio and it couldn't have turned out more perfect! They brought in someone to work the bar and helped cater to our every need. There was so much space and the venue was breath taking! Kenyon Deal is the guy to see. He made sure we had everthing we needed before all of our guests arrived and numerous guests who attended noted that is was the best baby shower they had ever been to! So greatful for the amazing staff and will be using them again for any future needs! 100 out of 10 would recommend.“
