“This location has THE best customer service. They delivered the food to table, one drink had some leak on lid and the associate took it back to clean it off!! Then My Dr. Pepper tasted watered down i was just letting them know, so they knew. an associate gave me a different drink but one of the other ones went in the back and actually fixed the machine. Came out and brought me a fresh dr. pepper! BETTER SERVICE THAN A FANCY RESTAURANT!! GOOD JOB CHICK-FIL-A 👏🏼👏🏼🫶🏼“

“Josh is the best!! Make sure to keep him! For some reason my order was automatically cancelled by the system (ordered pickup through uber eats) and I didn’t realize until I was in the drive through. Josh and the staff were very accommodating with still making my food which is good and very fresh. Saucy should fix this as this could be impacting any potential customers and money to the company as a FYI ANYWAYY Will definitely be back - this is the kind of customer service we need more off! Thank you to the staff and the manager Josh!!“

“Me and my sister stopped in the chick fil A down from Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida
There was a waitress by the name Cathy. She was the sweetest lady. I have a hard time finding anything to drink. I had radiation and it makes my mouth dry and taste off. This sweet lady went above and beyond trying to help me. She had such compassion. I love her in Christ.
The gentleman waiter was very nice as well. I would like to say thank you so much. I pray for her and her niece Renee.“

“This place surpassed our expectations. Extremely tender and juicy chicken, the Adobo rice is phenomenal, and my husband loves the palanok which he had never tried anywhere before. We tried both spicy and regular chicken. Both are good but we like the spicy better. Mashed potatoes taste like KFC but the gravy is better. When near another one of these or if we are in Jacksonville again, we will definitely go back“

“The chick-fil-a in the town center is amazing the manager Jeff, is the most kindest person. Me and my cousin went there for lunch and her birthday. The staff greeted us as if we been knowing each other forever. They wished my cousin happy birthday and give both of us a free meal. Jeff the manager did. We was very thankful. Thank you much Jeff and also to your wonderful staff.“

“It was really busy so we decided to do an online order and shop around in other stores. Only took 15 after ordering online so even when they're busy they knock the food out quick. The Dave's Not Chicken is some of the best vegetarian chicken I've ever had.“
“Previous reviewer must've looked for 2 mins, then gave up. The address is 100% correct, the restaurant is inside the Exxon station. Been here 3x already and LOVE their bone-in chicken and honey biscuits. Odd location, yes, but good food!“

“First off, the manager is top notch and consistently professional. I’ve been here multiple times and have always been treated with respect and great service.
It’s disappointing to see someone judge based on “vibes” rather than actual experience. From what I’ve seen, this team works hard and represents the business well every single day.“
