12 Best Chicken Restaurants near Saint Johns

“Mason at Chicken Salad Chick provided amazing customer service! He was super friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone with such a positive attitude. Thank you, Mason, for the great service!“

“Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxby’s is one of my go-to spots, especially because I love the Cobb salad. It’s always fresh, loaded with toppings, and actually feels like a full meal not just a side. The combination of chicken, eggs, and all the extras really hits the spot, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Beyond the salad, the food overall is flavorful and satisfying, and the service is usually quick and easy. I like that I can switch it up whether I’m in the mood for something lighter like the Cobb salad or going all in with their chicken and wings. Zaxby’s has definitely earned its place as a regular stop for me.“

“It was our first visit to Zaxby’s on our way south. The Saint Johns location looks like a recent development, with a large, clean, and safe parking area. From the entrance, the restaurant looks neat and clean, and the bathrooms were also impeccable!
The manager, Adam, was helping the cashier and took our order. He kindly explained the menu and sauces. Based on his recommendations, we ordered — and we have to say, we were very pleased. The chicken tasted fresh (not oily or dry — it had the perfect moisture, served warm, soft, and lean). We were so pleased that we returned for dessert: the cheddar bites and the cheesecake bites with strawberry sauce. All a hit!
Adam personally served the rest of our order to our table and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We saw him doing the same for other tables as well.
This experience shows a great team where the manager steps in and supports the staff. It’s evident that all tasks are performed at the right time and that customer satisfaction is a true priority. Thanks for the great food, excellent experience, and outstanding customer service. Kudos to Adam!
Sadly we just took pics of the cheese“

“my daughter and I had a great time at their 50s Daddy Daughter night. Thanks for so much fun.“

“The food was awesome and fresh. The service was fast and convenient . The staff was also very inviting and friendly. Using the app and pick up window is also easy and convenient for those days after dance or sports practice when you just want a good quick meal. I highly recommend Huey Magoos and I am so glad we have a new go to place in Jax!“

“Love PDQ! They have some awesome milkshakes too!“

“I went through the drive through and I was pleasantly surprised when Alex asked me if he could scan the app so that I could get rewards in the drive through. I felt like this was above and beyond service which is why I love coming to chick fil a!“

“Nick is absolutely unbelievable. I go here for lunch a few times a month because my office is so close, the food is on point. Every time I go and Nick is there I know that service is going to also be on point. He is always so friendly, conversational, and respectful. Kudos to him, as my day is made when I go to lunch at this location and he is working. Thanks again as always!“

“This was perfect spot for a quick lunch“

“The San Jose location is always clean, fast, and efficient! Whenever that chicken craving hits, this is the store I always head to. The food is consistently delicious, and they always have my favorites ready to go. Definitely one of my go-to spots! 🍗❤“

“We walked in the door that had a sign that said we require you to wear a mask. We had our masks on. The lady at the counter said oh no our dining room is closed. I asked about no sign stating that on their door. The manager said, it is in the other door which is on the other side of the building. There are 2 entrance doors at opposite ends, and you only have sinage on one? We left and went somewhere else.“

“One of the best Popeyes I've been to in a while, being from the New Orleans area I feel that Popeyes is just not that good anymore, but this location was very good. Other locations just don't take any pride in there food. It's like they don't care one way or the other. It's a shame Cuz Al Copland loved his business and the people of New Orleans.“
