He did an exceptional job of listening to me and offering me choices and then when I picked up the food at the drive-thru window he was very personal and actually made my experience better. My kids. Love Zaxby's. I don't eat there because I'm a vegan. Hopefully someday they will have a few more choices for us plant-based eaters. But right now I just wanted to let the business owner know that DJ is doing a great job over there and I appreciate that“

“Stop by on lunch break from Osteen Volkswagen and the cashier whose name is Sade took my order. During checkout my card and the machine was giving us both a problem and moving extremely slow, as I pulled out my second card and cash, Sade proceeded to cash me out with her own card. I was so caught off guard with such a kind act, I didn't know what to say or do but thank her and told her I had it in cash but she insisted. To those in management she is a true definition of customer service and customer care. Sade you rock, keep up the great work and thank you again.“

“To start off the service is excellent as always . Atmosphere excellent great food as always . There is one issue though with the survey they said they offer you a free desert or drink but don't do it it's a scam they are tricking you in getting that food. Very disappointing . “I ordered through the app. The drive through lines are long but they have speedy service. I normally order through the app and go through the drive-thru and pick it up, but if Im in a rush I order using the app and just go on the inside and they have your name on a board once your orders up you go and pick it up“

“We walked in the door that had a sign that said we require you to wear a mask. We had our masks on. The lady at the counter said oh no our dining room is closed. I asked about no sign stating that on their door. The manager said, it is in the other door which is on the other side of the building. There are 2 entrance doors at opposite ends, and you only have sinage on one? We left and went somewhere else.“

I don't know the last time I've been to any food place where the employees were that personable and polite!!!!! They should train the other stores on this behavior. The area was very clean.
