“We had such a great experience thanks to Nico at 490 Marsh Landing Parkway! He was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in. His friendly attitude made us feel instantly comfortable, and you could tell he genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
Nico was super quick and efficient, but never made us feel rushed. He took the time to get our drink orders just right — and they turned out perfectly! You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.
It’s not every day you meet someone who’s not only professional but also brings such a positive energy to your visit. Nico truly went above and beyond — we left with smiles on our faces and drinks in hand!

“I went to work, and the atmosphere was ideal. I ordered the new drink (cherry chai) and it was delicious, but the caramel they made me was the best of any Starbucks in the country. The service was good, but not great. However, even though they were about to close and started cleaning, they never dismissed us.“
