“We had such a great experience thanks to Nico at 490 Marsh Landing Parkway! He was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in. His friendly attitude made us feel instantly comfortable, and you could tell he genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
Nico was super quick and efficient, but never made us feel rushed. He took the time to get our drink orders just right — and they turned out perfectly! You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.
It’s not every day you meet someone who’s not only professional but also brings such a positive energy to your visit. Nico truly went above and beyond — we left with smiles on our faces and drinks in hand!

“On Tuesday, 30 September, 2025 I went to my local Starbucks for a pumpkin spice latte and breakfast item. I inquired about the spiciness of the new Italian sausage sandwich. They were not sure how it would be, so I ordered my usual spinach, feta wrap. When I arrived at the window, the food preparer handed me a free sample of the Italian food bites with my order. The staff were extremely pleased to realize my surprise and happiness that receiving the extra item.“
